I've got a Kanger subtank+ with kbox. I have been using normal occ coils and its ok. Was thinking about getting vertical coils next time - are they better?
Currently supping vampire vapes Heisenberg and have some pinkman too. These are both 60/40 PG/VG.

Anyone make their own juice? Im thinking about making some of my favorite two but upping the VG. What's too much VG? Was thinking 70/30 VG/PG.

I've only ever used the verticals so I can't comment but most people seem to prefer them.

Quite a few of us here mix our own juice.

Theres no hard and fast rules as to whats too much VG as it depends on coils. I've had anything upto 90VG in some tanks

Cool so hopefully 70/30 should be ok. I don't think they even had the vertical coils when I bought it, do they come with them now? How often do you find yourself changing coils and how much juice do you get through in a week?
Thanks.

Yea, I got the verticals when I bought mine.

I've got no idea how long they lasted I only used one for a couple of days before I started building on the RBA deck

The vertical coils give you roughly an extra 10w of headroom over then horizontal coils and handle higher vg liquids better, though no where near as well as the rba+

The aromamizer rdta is even making £1 liquid taste sublime, in love with this thing.

Yeah that's what used to be called the 806024, same one I will be working on this weekend :)
has slightly more room than my 1550p, so the battery sleds fit straight in, though with a little sanding on one side you can give yourself a bit more room for the 510 to clear the chip... and you don't have to grind out the bottom of the corner posts to get the sled into this box which means less work too thankfully :P

Any reccomendation on a better tank then a Delta II to be used with a iStick 50w? Can't stand filling the Delta II I find it quite messy and often or not seem to get juice down the middle :(

Currently have, TFV4, Subtank Mini v2, Velocity clone and eGo one mega and really fance the Aromamizer or the Cthulu v2.

TFV4 mini just announced too....

decisions..

Vapordepot are expecting stock to arrive this week, a few, my self included, have them on pre order with hopes of having them in hand by the end of this week or early next :)

I understand they're due to arrive tomorrow (Thursday 17th) so I'm hoping we have them by Friday or Saturday! :D

received my kuro coil clone from fasttech and it's the biggest piece of **** I've had the displeasure of owning. It just overlaps each coil. Yes I've watched the RT video and know how to use it. Keep it simple people and use your drill bits instead and manually do it.

Sounds like you're putting too much pressure on it, hence why it's overlapping.

Also, make sure you've got the correct screw in the smaller half, you'd probably want the one closest to the centre hole for thinner wire.

The coil spacing is just so inconsistent even when you don't apply pressure on the top cap. You need to perfect how much you lift before the next turn, by the time I've done that I could have built a coil using the traditional method. I'm sure if I spend more time with it and use a whole spool of cable I can get it right. :D

I have the fasttech kuro coiler too, and the first two coils I tried came out like you say, its down to applying too much pressure as you turn and possible using the wrong screw hole for the catch nut...
Once you figure out the correct pressure it works like a charm.. Every time.

I've had and used both, both a waste of time IMO but the original does work.
The 'clone' just isn't accurately made. Buy cheap buy twice:p
