The gunk is normal on a coil thats run a lot of juice through it... but three days is not long for a coil to die?

Temp control wise, a 75w mod will do just fine and start at 390f or 195c and work your way up.. You can use the SS coils in temp control too.. if the mod supports it then all the better, but will run on a DNA40 or Yihi chip in temp control. but you will have to find the temp manually as the readings will be out.

A SMok Cube II, DNA200 or Yihi SX J chip all support SS coils in temp mode with the latest firmwares.

Really? id love to see the numbers and coils, i cant get my home made coils, NI or TI to take more than 30-40 in temp control... never have...

Details.... i need details LOL...

Ive tried micro and spaced, Ni200 and Titanium, in the Delta II, Subtank Mini, Lemo, Lemo 2, TFV4 and Crown, from .06 to .4... and i still cant get over 40w without temp protect kicking, only time ive gotten higher power is on an RDA.

The Lemo2 with 9 wraps 26ga Ti over 3mm starts to flash temp protect over 35 watts.

Given how unforgiven TC is to wicking I'd guess our wicking isn't good enough for big power in RTAs

I had about 3 boxes from them. Didn't like any of them really. I still have about 20 almost full bottles somewhere. It was hard to cancel too - I had to email them a few times. YMMV though!
 
Just put a dual, vertical coil build in the Aromamizer velocity deck. Now this thing wicks like crazy.
2 x 3mm 26awg kanthal. 7 wraps for 0.5 ohms.

There's enough space on the deck to do 4mm 24awg I reckon so I'll try this later with 5 wraps for 0.3 ohms.

Yeah used them loads but stopped buying juice this year and made my own.

30ml Kings Custard
50ml Queens Custard
50ml Kings Ring

My 3 faves. Was tempted to try that "Bloody good custard" but hate that Damien from the Vaping nazi facebook group with a passion.
 
Hi All,

Looking at new juices and I am getting more into the pudding styles. Just ran out of American Desire Liberty but I am now looking for similar to this one. Love the very very subtle citrus but the cream and baked base is just too nice.

Can anyone recommend similar (less fruit flavour the better) for use with the Subtank Nano on 0.5 coils.

evic mini and velocity have finally been dispatched only placed the order last week :rolleyes:

If anything I am looking forward to extended battery life from an 18650. These AW 18490's run out of grunt quick from a sub ohm coil. Which reminds me that I need to order Ti wire. I asked Rob why his was double the price compared to others that also sell Grade 1 Medical so am awaiting his reply.

It's extremely unlikely that the mesh/vape/crazy wire company are selling medical grade 1 titanium at that price.

This is the datasheet for the batch we had produced. Of interest are the gas levels. You'll see both the requirement and actual measurement are displayed. I'm unaware of any other vendors providing datasheets, even the American wire vendors that claim to have superior wire.

It's mostly gas levels that differentiate grades 1 to 4 with grade 1 being the purest. Medical grade has lower levels still compared to standard grades.

I'm sure we could source cheaper Ti, but with the speculation about titanium oxides specifically TiO2 we decided to stock the best material we could. The lower the oxygen levels theoretically less oxidisation will occur.

LOL nah but the amount of juice I go through buying pre-made isn't cost effective.

I'll go through that vaping king stuff in 3 weeks easy. Did 200ml of Red Artaire in 3 weeks.
 
Finally ordered a coiling tool kit, opted for grey hazes' own, £30 looks to have more then I need :)

Also ordered some 26awg Clapton and 24awg twisted kanthal wire, see what all the fuss is about :D
 
What are peoples opinions of the Goblin mini? I have the v2 goblin which, when working, works brilliantly but just leaks like mad and the fill screw stripped its threads.

Do you get good flavour out of the mini? Is it a PITA to coil seeing as the deck is so small?
 
Flavour is good with the Goblin mini but yeah, it's a pain in the back side to coil and it will scratch up the top of your mod due to the design of its base.

I'm not a fan TBH but it does look good on a mod for sure.

If you want a small-ish tank that's easy to build on take a look at the 3ml version of the Aromamizer.
 
The goblin mini is the tank I seem to be using most at the moment.

Granted it's a pain to build and setup but once you got the knack, it's worth it.

Have a look for Vince's drip tips on fb, he sells a kit that's basically a drip tip and a washer.. So you can run it without a loose drip tip and not mess up your mods.

Grimm does a build guide in his vid..
