Well im not happy. Got home and got the new Velocity clone out that i got from FT, built two coils and tried to screw down the leads only to find the two positive pin holes are too big for the screws to get a proper grip... so no squonking tonight for me

Feel your pain, noticed 10 mins ago I had an email from Chefs Vapour telling me they had the Doughnut king concentrate back on stock about 45 mins ago and they're already out of stock in 100ml bottles.

Ordered 2x30ml in the end for 3 quid less than the 100ml bottles

Spending way to much money on liquid atm since using RDA's and experimenting with various builds/high wattage's etc.

I'm wanting to make my own liquid's but at the moment nothing complex just simple 1/2 flavors for example 100ML of Raspberry, 100ML of Strawberry and Cream etc at 3MG Nicotine ratio/VG Heavy that i can drip away and not worry how much it's costing me

Would someone be able to point me in the right direction as to where the best place to purchase PG/VG and Nicotine from also the instruments required?

From my own research I came across this for £37 does it seem like a good deal?

Also use ejuicemeup calculator to work out the amounts needed. loads of guides online

Yes I am a huge fan of Red Astaire so will look into that!

My full order is incomplete but as it stands currently on order I have 1LTR PG £6.75 1LTR VG £6.89 and 50ML of 72 MG/ML Nicotine VG base, as I will only be producing liquid at 3mg of Nicotine I imagine 50ML should last me a fair while.

I will be freezing a batch of Nicotine but was hoping I could get away without having to freeze PG/VG I imagine if kept in a cool/dark place I should be okay by the time I get through it what are your thoughts?

Need to find a cheap place to buy Amber Glass bottles though will enquire in boots tomorrow as recommended.

Should manage to mix up 1200ml of eliquid with your 50ml of 72mg/ml at 3mg/ml.

PG & VG usage will be dependent on ratios, but at 50/50, assuming PG concentrate, you'll use 360ml PG and 550 VG. If your going for heavy VG mixes, then don't bother getting PG, as you'll be at 20% with your concentrate (roughly, depending on recipe) before you even start. I buy my Glycerin from boots as it's in smaller quantities anyway, so just bang it in the fridge, or leave in my (cold) office.

I generally vape around 5ml per day, so assuming that, then your 1200ml will last 240 days. Freezer would be ideal, but if you can get it in a fridge, that would be best. Else store it in a garage / shed if you can?

Try their man flu liquid, it's like the centre of a honey locket (cough sweets) with a hint of menthol, very fresh tasting vape and not too over powering, love it

It's more of a honey/lemon taste then anything else, highly recommend picking up a wee bottle to try

As for your update, doesn't the 4s already come with the 120w/100J/titanium update installed? I thought the update was just for the ipv4 not the ipv4s

My friend got the same error trying to upgrade an IPV3 LI to the new 200w firmware... turns out he had not installed the drivers first?
If your on windows make sure you run as Admin too and double check that the right firmware for you model.

Wonder if anyone can offer any advice.

I bought a Kanger Subvod vape pen from amazon after a recommendation from here, but unfortunately it is constantly leaking out of the air holes.

I close the air holes when filling but after a few minutes it will literally start draining the tank and it goes everywhere.

Any ideas why this is happening or have I just got a faulty one?

Yeah the savings will be incredible once I am up and running!

To be honest I can fit the Nicotine and perhaps most of the PG/VG in the freezer but think I will just freeze the Nicotine and leave the PG/VG within the fridge hoping it will be okay.

My consumption varies but think I'm roughly 5-7ML per day.

.5mm cores x2, claptoned with .15mm wire

Came out at 0.07 ohms when coiled up in the indestructible!! Gulp. Looks so pretty though

My IPV3 LI had the 200W firmware already installed even though it was completely sealed with shrink wrap yet the manuals etc stated 165W rather strange!

This is what I do. I measure the PG based nic and flavor(s) then just top up the bottle with VG. It works out about 75-90% VG depending on the flavoring. I'm not too worried about the PG/VG ratio and it is about right. I bought the nic when I was using 70/30 PG/VG and using 18-24mg nic juice. I've since swapped to better mods and atomizers and need more VG and much lower nic juice.

Sorted the problem, I'm an idiot... the upgrade is for the IPV4 100W not the IPV4S that already comes with this firmware...

I did 26g twisted dual coils 4 wraps and managed to get 0.2ohms. I'm vaping at 50J and 190c (55J/220c was too warm for me.) I like to vape on power mode too, 38W is good. Quite a bit of vapour and its really cool.

First build so nothing fancy here...

Yeah have had a bit of a play on the DNA200 Realeaux, a great vape. Wouldn't dream of using it in a mech.
