whats it like as a general mod aside from the T/C I never use T/C never seen the need

Its very sturdy, well built body, the battery cover is a good fit, slightly restrictive turn, but not too tight and locks in with authority, the 510 is a little tight on the threads, but not badly.
The screen is clear and easy to read but a fingerprint magnet and could have been a little bigger where as the paint on the main body is very smooth to the touch and does not appear to attract fingerprints though its rather "slippy", it feels very nice in the hand, easy to grip with a decent weight with a 26650 in it.
You get a 18650 adapter tube in the box so you can put a single 18650 in if you need to.
Buttons are nice and clicky too... it feels premium considering the price paid, only £64 inc del.
EDIT: I have noticed attis dont screw all the way down flush to the mod before it "feels" tight, at this point your atty can move or wobble if pressed, so make sure to tighten your atty down till its really tight.

I re-wicked it 3 times now, same method as I did with my previous build where the flavour was nice without any metal/burnt taste. As for the cotton I've used Cotton Bacon V2...
Edit: Those hits are not dry, its the vapour that has a crap taste...

Worth giving bog standard organic japanese cotton a go too, it's all I ever use.
Have a bag of cotton bacon v1, the taste that came from using it was awful. Switched to Muji with the same juice/coils, no problem at all with flavour.
Can you take a pic of your wicking? You say the cotton is loose, it shouldn't be loose but not jammed through the hole at the same time. When you've trimmed both sides of the wick, fluff it all out and then 'comb' it, this thins it out slightly and it wicks like a champ!

I noticed earlier you mentioned you had pulsed them that much it caught fire?!
I'm no expert and im constantly learning at the moment but to me those coils look worse than mine after 1/2 weeks of using, all that black gunk must be causing the taste?

That's burnt juice, as soon as you wash them they look like new. But after 2-3 hits they look burnt...

UK seller. Used them before, no issues at all.
Have tried their Clapton stuff as well, it's not bad.

Got the Kanger Kbox 120w. nice bit of kit! Got the COV Veng tank with the 0.2 SS coils and TC works quite well on it. Think I prefer normal mode though. Easy to use mod and with the Veng tank its all quite compact with a punch
