Will be receiving some Vampire Vape - Pinkman concentrate, pretty sure 20% was recommended in here a while ago but can't remember who it was, anyone used this concentrate and have an opinion?

I think every time I come to order a fancy recipe one of the main flavours is out of stock! What site's do you guy's order your concentrates from I've been using Chefs Vapour but are there any alternatives I can go between incase of stock issues?

Probably me, mix at 20% if you find their ready made too potent, 25-30% if you like it how vv make it.

For concentrates etc... try vapourdepot, they've just revamped their whole DIY section :)

Wow... I'm very surprised that battery didn't vent going that low! Get rid of that mod ASAP!

Mod is officially retired, going to gut it first just to see - out of interest - if anything is visibly wrong with it.

The Cleito is a really good tank, don't really like the tight draw of the Cubis(anyone interested?).
General opinion seems to lean toward Cubis being an MTL rather than DTL tank.
I could be interested, however, if only to try it. Supposed to be really good on the flavour side...?

Dunno what it is with me and leaky tanks but I'm about to toss out my Uwell Crown. The thing has developed a leak like you've never seen.
Sometimes merely the heat of the coil can warm the air in the tank to the point where it expands and forces the juice through. You may get gurgling, or you may get it leaking out the holes.
That is excessive, though...

Aside from Kanger, and the Uwell Crown... what other tanks are people recommending?
Aspire Triton, Aspire Cleito, Smok TFV4.
The Joyetech/TW/TECC top-filling SubAir II/Melo 2 is OK, though the Triton coils fit perfectly and IMO work a bit better than their own ones.

Anyone had any experience with Vape Goo?

Just found them and they've got some pretty top notch reviews on their facey b.

Get 90ml of juice delivered for a tenner at the moment as well!

Thought as much but wasn't sure, Oh ok gotcha I will play around with it since I tend to increase the flavour % slightly for specific tank liquid makes up for that flavour loss compared to a dripper.
Placed a order with Vapourdepot, cheap delivery which makes me happy.. Chef's vapour always rips you off delivery wise similar sized order nearly £4 compared to Vapourdeport £1.50

Nope, but I will have soon.

Just placed an order 3 x 30ML for £9.90 with the coupon code worth a try I guess! :D

I went for Taste the Rainbow, Citrus Punch, Lucky Leprechaun (I have a sweet tooth when it comes to vaping :D)

Cheers for finding this.

No problems bud, figured a few of you fine folk would appreciate it!

I went for Pink lemonade (hopefully be similar to the element juice!), vanilla custard and hubba bubba...I then got greedy and put another order in for some cookie dough cheesecake, dannish swirl and lemon cheese cake!

Can't say no at that price, got a bottle of budget ballers red headed stepchild to tug through whilst they're steeping!

I had Pink Lemonade in and out of my basket!! If i'm impressed for the money I will pay them another visit and try some other flavors.

Definitely hard to not give it a try at those prices. Wasn't familiar with that juice but googled it and recognise the brand actually sounds lovely.

Yeah I prefer DTL. Much easier draw for me. I don't like the harshness.

I will bung some of a flavour I know in it and let you know.

If anyone is interested in it though its a very well built tank and general reviews are extremely positive. Its just not my bag.

Also the juices I mentioned above, the Fruition by Seduce Juice and Fresh Squeeze by Element, do you reckon they would need steeping? They are very strong on the citrus side and the fruition tastes like popcorn??? lol

Yeah, it's too tight to be a comfortable DTL tank. The flavour is really good though. I can DTL it but it's not a comfortable draw if you know what I mean.

I'm a big fan of the Melo 2. The simple filling is great and I prefer it's mechanism to that on the Triton 2 which has a habit of stripping its threads (one of mine stripped, the other is OK ish). Triton 1 I wouldn't bother with now. The top-fill is a faff and it's too easy to get juice down the air channel.
I also love the Clieto. It's a fab tank for clouds and vapour production but it's just too small. It needs to have twice the capacity to make me not need to carry a bottle of juice with me in my bag.

The mfr's own coils are too loose for MTL, but too restrictive for DTL in my experience. They say it benefits from the airflow to keep the coils cool, yet give it crap airflow with their coils... so must must must use the Triton coils in it.

It fires as low as 20w without any particular complaint, so I only turn it up if I need to fog someone out!

Finally got some Unicorn Milk - it's quite good...would say it needs a little less strawb and more biscuit but that's just me.
The Crius had a leak yesterday so I opened it up and was greeted with this...[will post a pic up later but it was horrific]..looked like someone had been using it to mix tar.
Cleaned coils and re-wicked and all is good again.
Also ordered another pair of 30Qs.

Would the 0.2 ohm coil be better than the 0.5 i'm currently using in the Cleito?

I can drive it at 50W which is the recommended but was just wondering for future purchases of coils.

Need to freeze my bank and Paypal accounts.

Another DNA200 mod on its way to me, but on the plus side I have a mod for every atty I own now

Edit: and it looks like I've got a Realeux DNA200 with a broken screen coming to me for nothing as well (Been told it still fires, but a few scuffs and no screen after if was dropped)

After being dissatisfied with the Blu E-Cigs, I have ventured in to the world of actual mods, but I'm still a noob.

I go the VTC Mini with the Tron S tank, and some of the Joyetech juices.

Been playing around with the settings, and currently find power mode at 30W working best with the standard 1Ohm CL head.

Now as I'm new, I don't really know what to look for, I'm getting more vapour than the Blu ever gave (obviously), but not much in the way of flavour, but I don't know if that is down to the juice, the head, or my settings. It's also a little harsher on the throat than I was expecting, harsher than normal cigs any way.

Any body out there with experience of this unit able to offer any advice? Should I be trying to Ni or Ti heads with the associated setting?

I'm not familiar with that tank but a 1ohm coil would generally be suited for around 14 to 18 watts

The harsh throat hit is probably due to nicotine strength at that sort of power. The CLR heads are supposed to be pretty good from what I've heard so flavour could be a combination of things including the juice

Likely your tank unfortunately, I don't have experience with the Tron tank but I do have a fair bit with the eGo ONE tank, which uses the same coils - they aren't the best. You can pick up a 0.5ohm coil that will take more power, which usually means more flavour.

First things first though, try some juices from different manufacturers, I DIY so I'm out of the loop in what's good, but if you have a trawl through this thread you'll find a few you can look up I'm sure :)

Try dropping nicotine and see, i noticed for the same juice less nic gives better flavour, and less harsh throat hit.

30w sounds a lot to me, but if its not burning the wick (and you'll know when your burning the wick) should be fine.

Personally i use 15w for 1.5+ heads, 25-30w for 0.5 heads. But theyre different tanks and different juices.

You'll pick it up quickly dont worry, guys on here are great at lending a hand, you'll be building your own coils and scaring your co workers into thinking theres a fire in no time

Cheers guys, only went with 0.6% nic any way, I don't need much.

So the lower the ohms, the higher the wattage, gotcha!

Might just be that their juice isn't great, I just grabbed a few flavours as part of the order.

Is there a certain PG/VG ratio that is best for this mod? I don't really understand how the differences affect things, and I won't be going the whole custom hog, this is just so I can smoke with my gf without having to have actual cigs :p
