I'm on holiday, and the single crown coil I have is eol, but I also have my cleito with me and spare coils for that.
Fresh coil, plenty of sitting time, no where near as much flavour as the crown. Even tried 75w (coils state 40-60) and not much flavour.
Would this be down to my vtc mini just not working as well with cleitos?

I doubt it'll be your VTC mate. You haven't got it on TC (Temp Control) mode instead of Wattage have you?
 
Looks like the new FDA regulations in the US are going to destroy vaping over there. They're looking at $330,000 to submit and gain approval to sell any items. That's the same fee and process for every flavour, every tank, every nic concentration.

Looks like we got off lightly in the UK with the TPD.

NNA have issued a statement congratulating Big Tobacco who have just been handed the entire US vaping market on a plate.

Jeezy, I have to keep mine to the 0.4ohm coil, as all my juices were just burning up on the 0.2...

Haha, I tend to find that I get more flavor between 60-70W, especially with the desert flavored juices. Currently on Vapegoo's Cookie dough cheese cake and it's something else all together once you slap 0.2 in!

Can they still sell flavour concentrates and get around the reg's?

just goes to show who really runs America. The big corporate companies.
 
All in the name of protecting public health.
Of course, if you want to launch a new analogue cigarette brand on to the market, you don't need to do even half of the test they are asking of vaping products, nor do you have to demonstrate health benefits.

So, it seems the FDA wants people to keep smoking. I guess it's all about tax and big business.

Utterly disgusting.
 
Its not really a surprise though is it? From the moment big Pharma started seeing profits drop and States started seeing Tax income drop then it was only a matter of time until they got their money grabbing little heads together and started shafting vapers. Very sad really that this will actually cost lives
 
First fused Clapton build tonight. Hmmmmm. Quite nice. Just a simple one, as shown by Grimm Green. Almost. 32 gauge around 27 gauge Ni-chrome. Dual coil in my Infinite CLT. Flavoursome.

Not been into low ohm / high watt stuff for a while now. In fact, I can't really remember the last time I vaped much above 35 watts. But this build, at 0.23 Ohms and 75 watts is lovely. Even with 6mg Man Flu. Not a subtle flavour at all.

Sucks about the fda ruling, that 330,000 is a minimum too. Hopefully Congress has someone with a couple of brain cells to rub together to put a stop to this.

Mixed a few batches;

200ml pinkman (vv) 15% 3mg
200ml frozen berry (vv) 15% 3mg
100ml banana creme colorless (LA) 10% / 10 drops koolada 3mg

Pinkman already tasting fantastic, the banana smells really good too, almost like those candy bananas you'd get on a pic n mix :D
 
Anyone with an RX200 here notice their 510 is slightly not centered at all? ive noticed it on mine, took it back and because there is no fault, and most of the RX200's they had were off center including the ones they were personally using, theres not much that can be done.

Mine is slightly more centered to the top, so when a 22mm atty is sat on it, the outside edge is just about touching the the inside of the well on the top of the mod.

Also how easy would it be to swap the 510 out on one of these, to say a FDV or Varitube.
 
evening fellas, I'm still puffing away my Dragon Punch in my nautilus mini and mvp 2.0 but lately I've started to notice that I'm filling it up almost twice a day and the pulls are nowhere near as satisfying, even with the settings up to the max almost.

I've tried changing the coil but I haven't noticed much difference, if any. Even when the battery is plugged in or has had a night's charge it doesn't seem to give the same oomph I'm used to.

Does that sound like the battery is on its way out or the tank? I'm not into the whole modding stuff, I don't mind filling it up and changing the thing once a month or whatever, what would you recommend for pretty powerful ease of use? Don't mind spending about 50 quid if it'll last, I've had this mvp for over a year now.
