Hey guys. Relatively new to RTAs here.

Just got my Griffin and wicked it up. Dual coil. Pinched and pulled. All fine, no leaking, good flavour. But I noticed I'm only getting bubbles coming out of 2 of the 4 juice flow holes... They're right next to each other as well, so I can only assume it's coming from the same coil...

Is this normal? cheers in advance for any responses :)

Yeah - that tends to happen, they're more likely to come from the holes with the least pressure behind them... so there's probably a tiny bit more air coming through those holes. Nothing to worry about, it'll still wick evenly enough. Only a concern if it doesn't.

Thanks for the reply bud! Relieved to know I don't have to go through the painful process of re measuring and trimming the wicks xD

Not had any dry hits over half a tank so I'll assume they're both wicking OK.

Get that with my griffin 25, 2 of the 4 holes bubble loads the other 2 not at all, but all wicks well, I presume the 22 is the same for wicking as the 25, just rest the wicks just touching the top of the wick channels, trim any excess :)

Billow v3 looks pretty good, I won't be getting one though, up to my eyes in 24/25mm RTA/RDA's at the moment :D

I do like the look of the 213 however, looks very feature packed.

I tend to have only 1 hole with air bubbles with my 22mm or 25mm Griffins but the bubbles appear very quickly after vaping so wicking keeps up fine.
Wicking for up to 70w is pretty easy but if you push the wattage then the balance between quick wicking & not leaking can take some practice.

It does look good but i have the Smok TF RDTA & the Smok TF RTA G2 coming tomorrow to play with :)

What are peoples go to places for juice? I have been a big fan of Lancashire steam company juices but im looking to branch out a little. A fan of creams and cereals and if anyone knows of a juice that gives the taste of biscuit id be interested in hearing! (would love a hob nob flavoured juice!)

I need a new mod. I'm happy with my tank but my current mod doesn't have adaptive wattage.

I want to spend little, and have it easy to use. That's about all of my criteria :)

Thoughts?

Never been a fan of cereal/desert type flavors, but Goldfish Sauces' 'fish flakes' is very very nice, supposed to be an american cereal type flavor, maybe worth a punt? Pretty cheap too :)

What tank are you using and what coil heads/builds do you use in it?

Reuleaux RX200S arrived this morning. Finally a mod that my Big Buddha V2 doesn't look "too" odd on :D Ordered three IMREN IMR 18650 3200mAh 40A batteries for it which should arrive tomorrow.

Beware any 18650 that claims to be more than 30a, even more so if they claim to be 3200mAh as well... not a hope. Most 30a 18650 cells are less than 2500mAh!

A quote from Mooch re these cells:
Bottom Line: In my opinion this is just a 17A 3000mAh battery with wildly exaggerated ratings. At 15A down to 3.2V it delivers about 5% less capacity than the LG HG2. It also runs hotter than the HG2. Its appearance and performance are essentially identical to the Imren Purple 40A 3000mAh battery I tested earlier. I believe that this is just a rewrap of the Imren 3000mAh battery

Hey guys, I'm on the look out for a new battery (Possible new tank as well)
I've been using the MVP 3.0 but the connector has died so dropped back to my old V2 which isn't as solid. (Stock parts, not modded)

Using the KangerTech 2.0 atty @ 8'Ohm (I think that's right)

Small would be good, but I just like it to work without faffin about each time so drippers are out.

Any good ones out there these days.
