I've been using the MVP 3.0 but the connector has died so dropped back to my old V2 which isn't as solid. (Stock parts, not modded)

Using the KangerTech 2.0 atty @ 8'Ohm (I think that's right)

Small would be good, but I just like it to work without faffin about each time so drippers are out.

Any good ones out there these days.

Im loving the istick pico - only picked one up cheap to have a look but it's all i use now.
also for a tank - cleito is good and absolutely minimal fuss. two cheap, simple to use items that have replaced all my other stuff! Its quite small overall - esp considering it takes 18650 batteries. Both worth a look IMO

Anyone have a kayfun 5? Being a MTL vaper in a world full of subohm atties with wide airflow is difficult at times. Seems to be getting good reviews... then again I can't remember anything getting a bad review in recent times...

Coincidently the last bad review I saw was the kayfun 4... probably why I am asking around.

Or the Cuboid Mini if you don't want a removeable battery.

By all accounts it's a very loose draw for MTL. They have promised a kit to tighten it up though.
To me, it seems like they've tried to appease the restricted lung people and wound up not playing to their core customers.

I did hear this. Although I heard the smallest setting is similar to the toot which I find perfect. Might give it a few more days, see the regular publics consensus. Reviewers are good... But I do struggle to trust them at times.
 
I'm going to wait for the good clones to come out and buy one of them. If it's good then I'll buy the genuine one.

Me too. Always loved a Kayfun, have 3 genuine KFL's as well as many clones. But recently I have been on an airflow charge, and the kayfuns just don't cut it there. But the flavour, oh my. I'm missing that heaps, so a KF with extra airflow? I'm all over it.
 
Looking at Dragons Rise site and I think they've made a mistake with their strength listing. They state 0mg, 0.15mg, 0.3mg, etc up to a whopping 1.6mg... This right? I usually vape 6mg on my dripper and 12mg in my daily tank
 
Appears I've become a victim of the Joyetech/wismec 510 pin issue, just loaded the supreme on and get 'no atomizer', put the griffin on (longer 510) and it reads fine, little poke about with a screwdriver and the spring loaded 510 is no longer spring loaded :(

I had the issue with my dna200... I just stripped it down, the only hard part is the hidden screw in the battery bay where the white (on the dna200) cap is covering and just pushed the 510 back up and it's been good as gold for the past 4/5 months.

My trusted d2 died on me the other week, the button was playing up; I stripped it down and cleaned it out. It worked fine for two/three days, then it started auto firing and wasn't worth the risk. Sad times, but I had it for over 9 months with daily beater use.

Not sure if I should just get an istick pico/evic mini as a beater or use one of my other mods... I was thinking that I had too many mods a few weeks before the D2 died, refused a raffle prize which was a mod.. actually gave a way a few for raffle prizes and sods law my d2 breaks.. lol

just currently using my shark as my beater but really can do with something that does 75w as a beater thou I do have my sx mini which is too big to carry about.

At the moment I've got a pair of MXJO IMR mAh 35A in the IPV3 and they are quite an improvement over the LGs I had in before.

Yeah a strip down is in order, nothing to loose on a £30 mod even if I have to get creative and replace the 510 entirely.

I have a d2 going spare if you want it, a bit scuffed but works fine.
 
My RX200 arrived, but I am finding it a bit odd.

I have used my Crown and Aspire in my VTC Mini, and they pretty much perform the same (bar the Cleito's muted flavour).

Tried them on the RX200 (Crown with 0.5 @ 60w, Cleito with 0.4 @ 60w) and the ramp up on the Cleito is WAY faster than the Crown, would that 0.1ohm really make that much of a difference?
 
It could make A difference, theres going to be a jump of 4.9v to 5.48v between .4 and .5 ohms and both at 60w....
Plus different coils which may use different thickness of wires. But if they perform similar to each other on the VTC Mini then somethings amiss with one of the mods, maybe one is not getting a good 510 contact with one of the tanks, are they both set to power mode or TC?
Have you tried cleaning the threads on both tanks and mods?

I always run power, might be the 510, the Cleito slotted in firmly with just a few turns, whereas the Crown had to be spun for a while (and I was scared about over-tightening due to reports on spring issues in the RX200 510).

I'll do some more tests over the weekend.

Thanks mate, but I still have over 10 mods at the moment lol... I was more of pondering if it's worth me buying another basher as I have so many.. but then I thought I need something for pub nights that does over 40 watts that I don't mind lossing or getting beat up so I just ordered a pico.
 
Np mate its sat doing nothing plus I have a spare d2 somewhere, has a crius v1 on it and haven't seen it since xmas :p

Thinned my mods right down, rx200, vs DNA200 and invader 3, though I want rid of the vaporshark, the DNA200 chip is wasted on me as 90% of builds are in power mode.
