I'll take a look, on FT, the regular is ~£10 while the plus is ~£30
Yeah, I don't use FT.
Aside from supporting my B&M where possible, I just hear so many bad things about them - Over a month to deliver things, when I can just go up the shop and have them now... Just not worth the couple of quid saving, IMO.

Not sure where you're getting the month delivery from? My last order from them took ~9 days. Each to their own.

Agreed man. Got an acquaintance who's always telling me I can 'get it cheaper on fasttech'. Not really the point. I don't mind paying a little extra to help keep someone's lights on, especially if they enjoy the job as much as those working for my local. Then there's just the sheer convenience and general enjoyment you get from walking into a vape shop, seeing something you like, testing it out and talking to the guys about it.

If I was fortunate enough to have a b&m near that stocked most things I buy I'd use them more. We have 3, two are larger chains, stock mostly sub tanks and one or two rdas, the other buys nasty clones in and puts a 10000% mark up on their produce.

If I want something now I'll always buy from a UK shop, otherwise I'll easy wait 6-10 days for anything else.

Yeah those crappy little chain stores are popping up a little too frequently if you ask me. Absolutely dreadful products and zero variety most of the time.

I recommend Evolution Vaping if you want to buy from the UK. There shop is near me and they have some great prices with a really nice varied selection of produce. Excellent delivery and customer service too.

Have any of you guys had any bad experiences with the liquid from Rejuiced?

I bought 120ml of the 70/30 American Grape Soda a few weeks ago. I didn't think much of it to begin with, seemed ok in my Aspire Cleito until it started leaking. I left it for a couple of weeks and went back to it last night. Same problem with my Aspire Cleito, leaking juice from the air holes and vapes horribly, hardly any vapor and it's about as smooth as inhaling razor wire. I am now on my third spare coil, which should eliminate any issue with the tank itself.

Looking at the liquid in the bottles it appears to be very thin and runny compared to the Blue Slush I bought a week after. It feels like the coil is becoming completely drenched in liquid. More than necessary

It really doesn't bother me where I get my stuff from, Most B&Ms are just FT, GB or Ali relays anyway... I don't mind waiting for stuff to come as I have too much as it is already. The quicker it comes the sooner I buy something else.

I don't tend to buy clones unless it's for research, or if it's a part that's non existence or ridiculously expensive (and it's normally the p&p with import that makes it crazy priced), I might look for an alternative part that will work.

I will make an effort to buy from a b&m if I know the person that runs it, if they holding the meet or if we have dealings in the past.. but that's more like supporting a friend more than anything else.

Incase anyone fancied watching all those and finding out if anything was discovered with vaping.

Mainly just watched this one myself. https://gfn.net.co/gfn2016-videos?vblimitstart=12#vbVideo_652000310 Seems harmful stuff happens after 4v, which is a bit worrying as on my dual coil magma to get a decent hit i had it up to 22-23w which was about 4.6v ish. So gona try keeping it under 4v now i think even tho i dont get much vapor there or taste.

Like Gee said, that's a lot more down to the coil than the actual voltage.

If we say number of wraps = n, inner diameter of coil = d, and voltage = v, then a very basic rule of thumb (I've found at least) for a standard coil is n*d/4 = v. Is that a reasonable approximation for your build?

The reasoning is simple but pretty neat. As you scale up the number of wraps and/or the inner diameter of the coil, the resistance increases in linear proportion. Since P = V^2/R, if you, for example, double the wraps, but keep the same voltage you only get half the power. However if you now double the voltage, you then have double the power, which you'd expect that you need since you have twice the wire mass to heat up. The new "doubled" coil will hit the same temperature in the same amount of time as the smaller one, you just need to increase airflow.

Those CE4 tanks were designed to be run on batteries that put out an absolute max of 4.2v, and almost certainly less (probably 3.7v) due to the regulation. Therefore they probably have too few wraps to sustain a higher voltage, hence why it burns and you get nasties. It's more akin to running your magma at 5.5v when you know it's far better at 4.6v. If it ain't burning, there's nowt wrong :)

Well, aside from the whole thing of sites like FT filing off serial numbers so the source of their cheap stuff cannot be traced...It was more people's posts on their orders and how they were "STILL" waiting for dispatch... Part of that is likely just impatience, but I see a lot of "it's taking forever" posts, too. Enough that I have no interest.

In the time it took someone to receive their Pico, I'd ordered, recieved, tried and reviewed two tanks, a dripper and my own Pico, one after the other and all online as well. I probably saved on the delivery

Even at 9 days, that's too long for some products, like coils, that I might need pretty sharpish.
That's why I'm happy to pay a bit extra up the B&M (although they're limited on how many things they can stock) or order from the UK.

The one thing I like with B&M is being able to go in and talk face-to-face, in the event of a problem.
Mine gets their kit direct from the manufacturers too, so you're assured of having genuine stuff.
I'm also quite picky about my kit, so like to see/test it in person!

Could be that they've mixed it at 70PG/30VG? Might explain why it's really thin and the nasty throat hit due to the PG.

Have you thought about looking into mixing your own juice? After the initial cost of everything it works out stupid cheap to mix mate.

I see your point about coils which is understandable. If I was still using a tank that required pre-bought coils, then yeah I'd order them from the UK, especially if I needed them pronto.

However if a new RTA/RDA came out for example, and I can get it off FT for £15 but B&M's and the likes of Grey Haze etc. are selling it for £40, then I'll get it overseas.

Dunno whats wrong with my magma, when i first got the rhubarb and custard i could taste the rhubarb but now i cant. I cant recall what watt i was using but ive tried 15-18-22-30 watts and vapor production is down, flav is down, cotton doesnt seem burned or anything. I dont know if its wicked ok as i filled the juice well and i can vape a lot of hits and the juice doesnt seem to go down very quick even at 30 watts. But i just take it that maybe its a slow juice :/ 70/30 vg/pg 3%nic.

Should i rewick and clean the tank by drawing out the liquid with kitchen towels or somit? As dunno what to do, as hitting it isnt very satisfying. Even tried to put some raspberry on the coil which i taste for all of 1 maybe 2 hits then thats that and still not great with vapour prod.

Take a photo of your build so we can have a look. It might be a simple fix, like you said with a rebuild and rewick.

I use FT for most of my orders. Never had a delivery take more than a month, and since I swapped to china post it's always been <10 days. The cost savings are just too much for me to pass up on, a week wait vs. 2-3x the price? The week wins every time! :p

See I can't deal with the wait. Plus, if I got it and didn't like it or if it was DOA then I'd be royally urined off.

I just don't think you can beat that feeling of going into a specialist shop and talking with the guys who work there about a passion you share. Met some really interesting people and life long friends in record/vape shops.

Exactly this.

B&M's in Nottingham are ****e, they're all staffed & ran by ***** with ridiculous markups.

Cloned Kayfun Lite v2 for £30 (couple years ago now) and one that was recommending Ultrafire/Trustfire batteries...

I just order it and forget about it. It's always nice when that little brown package turns up on your doorstep.

Could be the juice, I know from mixing my own rhubarb and custards that rhubarb (Inawera at least, very nice flavour btw!) seems to be one of those flavours that gets weaker with steeping. My big batch of RnC is now more CnR.

I can understand that, in fact I haven't ordered any regulated mods from FT, only mechanicals and atties which can't really be DoA.

See for me, I work in a vape shop, so I get enough of that :p I have had a few of my devices from there though now that I think about it - Reuleaux, Pico, Lemo 2, Griffin, Avocado, Theorem - but I would've gone to China if I couldn't get them wholesale (which for the record, at least to us, is still more expensive than FT).

Yeah I can imagine if that where my only option I'd turn to online too. Thankfully my local is great. Can taste/try everything and I've never actually seen a clone of anything being sold there. Prices are fair and they'll always give me a discount if I'm buying in bulk.

Where did you get the INW Rhubarb from man? I've been after it for aaages!

I've got some Chefs Vapour (Chefs Choice) Rhubarb which I believe is Aristo-Cat rebranded to CV, but I haven't used it yet due to not being able to find any information on Diketones for it.

Would love to make a Rhubarb crumble of some sort.

Direct from Inawera! The site is a little bit tricky to navigate but their prices are very reasonable even with shipping, when you do the conversion and factor in how strong their concentrates are. Their peach, mango and coconut are excellent too.

The rhubarb is the main reason I went there, after trying The Yorkshire Vaper's Rustard at the vape expo. I dare say mine is better!
