***The Vapers Lounge*** 3.0

Have you tried any other concentrates apart from VV? £9.99 for 30ml of concentrate that you need to mix between 10-20% isn't good value.

Mrs Lude started on pinkman and won't try anything else, took a bit of subterfuge to switch her to the low price DIY version.

Only gave up 5 weeks ago mixed up a few testers so only buying the small 28.5/30ml bottles until I find some winners. My cappuccino and butterscotch is likely to be a long term vape (cappucino was very harsh at first but looking good now after steeping for a few weeks).

Definitely going to start mixing my own as Gee explained it sounds quite easy.

Will save me plenty no doubt and help when the taxation starts being applied to anything with the word vape or e juice in the title!

I'm looking for a tobacco flavour to be honest anything info sheet on that website? Would the concentrate be straight tobacco flavour or is it a mix of different parts? Its all very sciencey i think i'll get myself a white coat and some black rubber gloves to along with it :D
They keep the actual recipes secret.

Get a set of Flavour Art samplers, pg, vg and nic and mix up some 10ml testers.

It's the best part of vaping for me personally. I love coming up with recipes and mixing recipes that are available online. £10 per 100ml to my mates helps me buy more concentrates too!

Any good Tobacco base will be something along the lines of RY4. RY4 Nutzilla concentrate by FlavourArt is really nice, and I'm not one for Tobacco flavours!

FA do a load of different ones though so see what takes your fancy - http://www.flavourart.co.uk/tobacco-flavourings-10ml.html

They are when you consider 30ml of concentrate will make 200ml of liquid and the nicotine and VG cost is negligible imho.

Also they're a one shop job, and you can mix and vape them straight away. When you buy concentrates to mix your own you end up with little bits here and there left over. You don't get that with the VV concentrates.

For mixing your own just get one of these:

http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/Measuring...619954?hash=item2caf0ff672:g:v4kAAOSwEjFXfO1w

I rarely bother mixing less than 100ml these days when using a recipe. Mixing small batches is generally when you're experimenting and from my experience they turn out horrible.

When mixing off eliquid-recipes if something has a lot of good reviews you know it will be good so just bang a big bottle out.

Get the POTV app for android phones for the measurements. Or, on eliquid-recipes when you find one you like you can use that website and it will tell you the amounts (I didn't realise this until recently, click the little spanner and choose adapt this)

Each to their own I guess, but I much prefer using concentrates from the likes of FlavourArt and TFA where you only need 1-3% MAX with FlavourArt and about 4-7% MAX with TFA - from my experience, they last a lot longer. Not to mention VV state no where on their site what their concentrates actually contain (from a Diketone perspective), I'm pretty sure what they replied with is a bog standard response that they've had now for over a year. If you're happy vaping them, then go ahead; personally I'm not.

Also I don't see the issue with buying concentrates separately, you can use what you have left over from recipes to create something new. I haven't made a single bottle of juice in the year and a half I've been mixing that I haven't enjoyed vaping and I've probably got around 130 concentrates.

I highly recommend if you're new to mixing or about to start, that you mix by weight. It's a lot easier than doing it by volume and you have hardly anything to clean up. You can mix straight into the bottle and you don't have to mess around with syringes and what not.

E-Liquid-Recipes is all you need for the calculator, it has all the correct weights/volumes for mixing and you can get a general idea of what percent you need to use your concentrates at with the database.

Just picked up my order from jackamoo looks good to me although pink jizz is erm pink wasn't expecting all the colours tbh but long as nothing nasty is in there i don't mind, best of all i just realised they are local so i can avoid the waiting. Hopefully the stuff is good fancy trying the custard as its been a weird on the do to list since vaping and i need to try it even though I'm not a huge fan of custard.

Yeah they're not too far from me either but I'm not sure if there's a store I can pick up from.

I've had a few new flavours delivered yesterday, Green Slush isn't that great but still decent for an alternate flavour after a few tanks of Blue slush, the Grape Berry is super purple colored so I'm guessing it's packed full of colourings - tastes okay. Dragons Tears is a bit meh, and the Breakfast Bliss is nice but lacking something - still a good one.

Just tried the custard perhaps it needs longer to steep as its nothing like custard just smells like it i guess

I liked the pinkerman i had last time so i'll see if this variant is any better not keen on the colouring though much be packed with sucralose!

Don't think I'm a sweet/desert/fruit kinda guy so i think a visit is in order and see what they have a bit more savoury or less sweet!

This is 12mg nicotine as well so I'm hoping that its not going to have me falling over in a bush in a head rush moment as it takes awhile to kick in and as i type this I'm chain vaping the thing to death :D

Nope definitely not a fan of the ambrosia delight its just too much like a biscuit and dries out the mouth a bit quickly too!

This one goes in the bin.

Anybody ever ordered from Vapetopia before? They have some interesting flavours listed and they also allow you to order Max VG as opposed to the standard 70/30 that Jackamoo / Rejuiced offer.

Tempted to give it a shot, just wondered if anybody has any experience!

Running a Smok Alien 220w kit with the TFV8 baby. Absolutely love it; the perfect set up IMO. Nice and compact, loads of flavour and vapour production with the tank. Got some Tuglyfe Still Sippin juice in it at the mo. Lurvely

Out of interest do you have a tfv4?

I'm running a mini and im planning on getting a full size to pair with the rx2/3, but i'm leaning towards a v4 for the sake of coil compatibility, unless the flavours better?

I had a tfv4 a while ago but I had bad issues with leaking with it so it didn't last long. Might not be the best person to ask. The Baby Beast is the best tank I've had though

Fair play, i must confess i've heard loads of horror stories of tfv4's and subtanks leaking, and yet none of mine have ever leaked a drop.

Its mainly that if the v8 is a massive flavour boost over the v4 i might well be tempted (not that the v4 is lacking)

TFV8 is the only tank I've had that never leaks. Like it never leaked a drop since I picked it up about 3 months back (ish) - can't speak highly enough about it.

Cheers but i dont believe em in regards to strawberry shortcake, i mean it was nice at first but after a few weeks the butter/popcorn flav came out of no where and was very over powering as the original flav had totally been taken over by the popcorn i tasted in it. Muffin man also changed in flav but not to the same degree so might not have had as much in.

Also only some of their flavs list that notice not all as i looked a few days ago.

Looking at that list above, I know the recipes for Pink Lemonade, Fresh Squeeze and Massive Melons.

I made some Pink Lemonade last night actually, think it needs a drop or two of Ethyl Maltol to wetten it up slightly as it's quite a dry vape.

The Fresh Squeeze base consists of two concentrates by Flavour West. I won't go anywhere near them considering the amount of sugar they add to their concentrates so don't expect your coil to last that long.

Massive Melons is Papaya, Mango and Cantaloupe (all TFA). Papaya smells nice out the bottle, but the vapour smell reminds me of cheese/vomit.

So I have been off the smokes now for 5months , started of with a ego2 Battery and a K1 Tank , I still use this in the office during the day , mostly with mint type juices of about 12mg

I have Just bought an INTU Mini and Sub air 3 tank , I think its an eleaf with totally wicked branding , got to say its fantastic . I am currently vaping Pocket fuels Candy cane or Cherry pie at 0.3mg and loving it , nice flavours and loads of cloud.

@Gee

Is it possible to mix my own if i get the stuff to make these juices at 70/30 vg/pg 3mg nic

Rhubarb and custard
Raspberry rasputin from rejuiced (if theres a clone of it)
Muffin man.

Without any nasties in? I looked at FA but when i searched the site for rhubarb nothing showed up.

Is it worth risking mixing for me as im not the best at having a spotless house lol so worried about contamination as im not the best at keeping stuff clean. Infact if i can help it id not clean stuff unless i have to hehe. Lazy i know.
