Quick question regarding ratios. I know the PG is more flavour and throat hit and VG is more vapor.
When ordering juice, if I order 60/40 is the 60 PG?
I am currently vaping some 60/40 juice and while the throat hit is good, the flavour could be stronger, so would I be better with 70/30?
 
Yup usually most pre-made juices will have a higher PG ratio than VG, there wont be that much difference really from 40-30, its probably the flavour of the juice is quite weak or the atomiser your currently using, and possibly your taste buds having an off day.
 
Get yourself onto the UK vapers forum and head into the mixing section, you will find recipes of more common juices in there, then tweak to your preference,
also download a program like Recipe Organiser to input all values and keep a record of the juices you make, this also gives you an output of ml's to make it easier.

On a side note, Got the RSST up and running, holy moly and everything unholy, its an absolute doddle to setup compared to the AGA-T2/+, first wick and coil, bam working like a steam train, perfect in every way - the only thing i can say which would make it different, is the isolated wick hole and the plastic complete tank, so the wick is never going to short on any metal in the atomiser which is a little bit of an issue in the Aga's.
 
Had enough of faffing with all this CEx nonsense to try and get a reasonable tank on the go, so dived back in to my Vivi Mini Nova last night and... it's awful.

Tight-ass draw, decent vapour but the flavour is muted and rubbery it's barely even worth bothering with. I remember when I first got it it only took a couple of hours to break in and then it was great. Now... sheesh -- and that's with a brand new head.

So, best of both worlds, I've ordered an AGR Tank and a carto puncher. Hope this does the trick!

Thanks mate, when i ordered the juice there was an option for extra flavour, i only had a certain amount in paypal, so only took that option on the Banana flavour and its perfect, but the other 2 juices i have, have a weak flavour, so i will deffo go for the extra flavour next time.

I am not sure about trading in this thread, as its outside the MM, but afaik vaping gear is not allowed in the MM.
What i am after is any unwanted juice anyone has, as i need to try some more flavours and PG/VG mixes.
Obviously if u have any i can compensate you for any previous expense you had in buying the juice, ;) so just send me a trust

I think that's it for a while now on my collection.

I've got 2 x 18650 Panasonic NCR18650PD 2900mah batteries which last me three days each on my Vamo so I barely use my Vision Spinner any more.

The RSST is getting all the attention at the moment, but my MAGA and AGA S are little crackers as well. I'll do a rotation on them when the liquid runs out in the RSST.

I've finally got through the Vape Escape Fruit Punch eliquid I bought ages ago. It's been hard going as the flavour is utter crap but I've finally got there in the end.

I have now purchased some Mister E Liquid flavours which I can't wait to try out, and I'm really looking forward to getting some Grants Vanilla Custard when the site works again, sounds divine!
 
Menthol is my all day vape Jay.


Got some Strawberry and not so keen! Liked Watermelon but only purchased in 6MG was to weak need to get myself some.

At work I had a problem checking out to buy some of Grants Vanilla Custard grr! But after emailing him and chatting with him managed to get myself a 30ML 50/50 12MG order put through just hoping it turns up soonish I have a sweet tooth so I hope I can rant and rave about it.


Today I ordered some more Menthol Juice from TEC (20% off) and also a Ego C-Twist which is a genuine Joytech branded battery according to Joytechs genuine sellers page, 3.5Ml Dual Coil Tank with 2 Replacement Carto's decided to buy it in clear as the drip tip is aluminium so I also got the battery in brushed aluminium.

Should arrive tomorrow but will be at work and then out at the evening, But should manage to have a play with it Saturday.

Ciggy free since 28th March and have no intention of going back.

Mine at the moment is Grants Vanilla Custard (GVC) 50/50 mix 18mg, awesome juice, i swap and change to Radiator Pluid 20mg 50/50 to freshen my taste buds once a week and have some Licorice 70/30 24mg for days where i fancy a change.

This coming week ill be hopefully vaping my very own custard mix, so yea pretty much custard is my all day vape lol.
 
Haha cheers guys...really getting into this vaping now.

I like menthol, but the menthol juice I got with the starter kit on ecgiwizard was a bit harsh and hurt my throat so i've been sticking to the Vermillion river RY4 1.5%.

Will get myself some grants vanilla custard to try.
 
Yay my DIY mixing kit arrived today, good service from leisureliquids will use them again in future, the capellas VC smells soooooo lush in the bottle i want to vape it right now lol

Plan of action, im going to mix all my PG/VG and nic base into a Bulk liquid of 50/50 at 18mg, so after that i only have to add the concentrates and sweetners to that bulk so will make it easier to fine tune the mix - Then hopefully in a week (steep time) ill have some VC i can vape on - needs to happen soon my GVC is down to the last 30ml

I'm not sure if you realise, but just in case...

If you've a base mixed to 18mg like you describe, once you add any concentrates/sweeteners to it, the nic strength of the finished liquid will be quite a bit less than 18mg.
 
Genesis users this question applies to, do you get a lot of juice build up inside the top cap and all over the top deck, everytime i pull the cap off to fill i get juice dribbling down the outside of the tank and its doing my tree in - im going to take a wild stab in the dark and say my wick and coil are not performing well enough and its spitting juice around.

You can compensate for this of course, if you assume you'll be mixing 10% flavouring roughly and just mix up the other 90% in a large quantity.
