fellow Drippers, what builds are you currently running. I normally run micro coils 7-8 wraps 28 gauge normally around 0.3-0.4 Ohms

Trying Macro coils at the moment just cant seem to get them chucking the amount of vapour I want but it does give me a much cooler draw, sometimes too cool and I can't tell if its drawing until the flavour comes through.

so what builds are working for you?
 
anyone reccomend a head that doesnt get the "gargle" effect ever (even after heavy use), every one i've used works fine for an hour or so then needs to be taken appart and cleaned with paper towels etc...

I have been rocking a Doge RDA with dual twisted 28g coils with 7 wraps @ .4 ohm quite a lot recently. I cant remember the diameter of the drill bit I used though, sorry.
 
well I was using an eGo-C tank/atomizer for about a year and a half and got fed up with the tiny amount if liquid it holds and cleaning it after every refil. Then a few weeks ago I bought a "vapouriz CE4" I think from a petrol station - works ok but it likes to short the battery that came with it additionally it starts gargling loads and occasionally has a muted / plastic flavour

I may be worth upgrading to an Eleaf iStick and an Aspire Nautilus mini with the BVC coil heads?

You can possibly pick them up cheaper else where, but I just wanted to give you and idea of what I am talking about. :)

Edit: Regarding how long the head lasts, that's not easy to answer as it depends on how much you vape daily, how much power you put through it and the juice (some juice can gunk up the coils way faster than others).

I personally mix my own juice so I am not the best to advise in this area. I do remember trying a blueberry juice a long time ago, I think was from a company called magnifecig and they did 5 flavours for £12.50 or something.

Let me see if I can find it and I will edit this post.

My fav BB juice is riptrippers blueberry and custard. Mmmmmm......cant get it over here though so it costs me £20 to ship over 35ml[/QUOTE]

I've been using blueberry from Joyetech.co.uk for about a year, just gonna see if i've been missing out on different brands
 
Ok this is going to sound strange, as a long time vaper maybe i should know this already, tried a google search but came across answers to clones - anyway ive got a genuine DNA30 Hana mod (confirmed by removing the plastic cover inside)
If i have a 1.24 ohm coil, is the dna 30 supposed to round up or down, so show 1.2 or 1.3ohm. 1.24ohm shows as 1.3 on my DNA30 and on my old siegeli ohm meter it jumps from 1.2 to 1.3.

I ask this becuase i recently bought a new ohm meter from FT, the round ally ones, everyone seems to rate them highly including JustPoo on UKV who builds stupid low ohm coils and trusts it and for the first time ever i can see the true ohm of my coils and im confused a little.
 
I think you will always get variance on mods as it depends on the accuracy of the chipset and the resistance of the internal wiring of the mod.

With a 1.24 ohm coil I would expect any mod would fluctuate between 1.2 - 1.3 as they are not dead accurate.
 
I thought the DNA round to the nearest point? for example, this KF4 is 1.56, my rDNA30 says 1.6. :)

Either way, those FT Ohm meters are great. Very accurate!
