The Walking Dead Season 3 (contains spoilers)

God I hope it isn't as drawn out as S2 was, gets boring after 2 episodes of not much happening!

I have removed so many posts due to breaking the rules.

Remember you cannot discuss aired shows if they have not aired in the UK yet.

Why don't you do the same for pretty much every other tv show thread then?

The rule should apply to every thread.....

I really don't see the point in this rule, everyone uses the spoiler tags and tbh haven't given much away at all, only my post contained true spoilers and we do have quite a few members who live in USA and any other UK based forum doesn't have a rule against it.

And also happening in the "arrow" thread and happened in the "true blood season 5" thread (which had major spoilers every post).

For "the walking dead season 2 thread", it was also full of posts with spoilers of episodes before they had aired in the UK........

If you can't enforce the rule properly among every TV show thread, then loose the rule IMO. Yes I know it might not be easy keeping up to date with every TV show thread and airing times etc. however, as I said, "if you can't enforce the rule among every TV show thread, then loose it".

Revolution, Dexter, Arrow, Breaking Bad, Supernatural, Sons of Anarchy, Boardwalk Empire, Fringe, True Blood - and plenty more.

I can understand it when the UK run is just a couple of weeks behind the US, but some of these don't even have a UK air date.

The enforcement of this rule seems haphazard at best. It seems to depend whether a mod watched the particular show. Some consistency either way would be useful. An optimal solution would be to have "UK run only" threads for shows which are currently running in the UK.

I fully understand your position in relation to this Ace Modder but we do need some continuity in reference to these types of threads.

Mr Nexus 18 pretty much sums up my feels exactly here:

To be honest in this day and age with many of us "having access" to series long before they air over here in Blighty wouldn't it make more sense to carry on the discussion as long as those involved used the [spoiler tags] appropriately [spoiler tags] ?

Also, ty again to Nexus for the heads up and coverage on another great tv series :)
