The Witcher 2 - Thread

Pretty happy i went with GOG.

They removed geo-ip tracking so i could order in dollars and it is DRM free!

I just finished Witcher 1 last night. Superb ending and installing 2 as i speak :)

What choice did you make with witcher 1?
Do you perchance have your save game for others? ;)

If there is no way to invert mouse axis then I'll have to pass this game.

" Input Settings "

Maybe? :confused:

read in another thread that this should do it:

I added Invert=1 to the [MouseInput] section, inverted my mouse fine for me. Mind the Capital I in Invert.

[MouseInput]
SensitivityX=0.5
SensitivityY=0.5
Smoothness=1
Invert=1

OR
changing MouseSensitivityY to a negative value

[MouseInput]
KeyboardCooldownSpeed=0.1
MouseDampX=7000
MouseDampY=7000
MouseSensitivityX=0.284615
MouseSensitivityY=0.177885
MouseSmoothness=1
SensitivityX=0.5
SensitivityY=0.5
Smoothness=1
UseMouseDamp=false

Someone test?

FOUND IT for Mouse Invert users ;)

It's in the config

[MouseInput]
SensitivityX=0.5
SensitivityY=0.5
Smoothness=1
Invert=1

:D

Invert=1 to the [MouseInput] section

An absolute triumph in the art of RPG storytelling

There is hardly anything of substance to recommend this train wreck to a discerning connoisseur of RPGs. Every element of its design can be described as 'embarassingly awkward.' Animation, art direction, dialogue, writing, combat. It's a list of sad mediocrities as long as your arm. Look to the masters at BioWare with their latest RPG epic, Dragon Age 2, for inspiration in your future games

I'm on chapter 1, best RPG for some years SO FAR as it's not just the characters, but the graphics, soundtrack and the storyline.

Only thing that sucks is the bloom and there is no ingame AF, so it looks a little blurry so i'll be using nvidia control panel to force 16X

Serves you lot right that complained about a perfectly working combat system in witcher 1 now look what you got ;)

:D

Me I'm perfectly happy with both
