Witcher 3 menu settings for Anti Aliasing is either 'on' or 'off'

And it's located in the 'Post Process' menu, not the graphics menu.

So I am assuming it's FXAA or SMAA only?

But I'd say 1440p with no AA is better.

Game runs great on 280X with hairworks disabled, foliage distance on high and shadows on high.
40+ fps, no stutters, no crashes.
Looks stunning.

That said, I ordered 970 so I can run this quality at 60+ fps, hopefully.
I love this game so far. Such raw talent and ambition on display.

Rockstar might have more polish, but their games are vastly less ambitious.

Put few hours into it, liking it so far. But not liking these constant crashes/freezes. Can't fix it unless I do a restart :(

Hairworks... I don't know what the big deal is about it, doesn't look that good with it on?? I'll try it off later see if i can notice any difference.

Nice, my 970 arrives tomorrow & have a 2500k @ 4.3GHz, 16gb Ram, SSD for game & 1080p so should be getting very similar performance.

If it drops down too much I may just get another 970 :D.

Yeah I think I'm going to grab one of the new cards that come out in June :) I'm not a fan of SLI plus the Vram issue is preventing me from seeing it as a long term solution, I want to get a 4k monitor once a suitable one comes along.

Why is hairworks so damn graphics intensive!!! takes my fps down from 60-70 to 40-55 :(

Not a fan of how it looks anyway the hairs constantly floating around it looks silly, prefer the normal setting tbh.

Done all the quests in the starter village had a little explore around it and I'm still level 1

Ok since enough people are having trouble with installing my profile here's a mini installation guide.

1. Go to www.reshade.me and download the Reshade + Sweetfx 2.0 pack
2. Unzip and copy the sweetfx folder, reshade64.dll, reshade.fx and sweetfx.fx files to the witcher exe directory in The Witcher 3 Wild Hunt\bin\x64
3. Rename reshade64.dll to dxgi.dll
4. Delete SweetFX_Settings file in the sweetfx folder.
5. Download my settings here http://sfx.thelazy.net/games/preset/3696/
6. Rename the settings file to SweetFX_Settings and copy it into the sweetfx folder in the game directory.

Currently the toggle function isn't working but should be fixed in the next reshade update.

That profile looks great, but is there any way to stop it overexposing the sky quite as much so the cloud detail is lost?
