Seriously can't wait for this game, I've even pre-ordered and paid full price which I never do these days. I really hope this is a big financial success for CD Projekt Red, they are one of the few respectable developers left.

I couldn't agree more. They're the only AAA developer I can think of that hasn't sold their soul.
That's all thanks to GOG. Without GOG I don't know where they would be. Its allowed them to stay independent of large publishers.

Similar yeah, there is a quest where you get drunk, tatooed and lose your memory and equipment then have to piece it all together the next day which is pretty funny.

It'll run the game no problems @ 1080p but I doubt you'll be running everything in Ultra or with 4XAA, depends how you want to play it.

You should be alright with a GTX 780 at 1080p, the recommended GPU is a GTX 770

Doubtful it'll run everything maxed with some AA at 60FPS, though I think this game will run lovely with anything over the lows of 30 FPS. It has been very well polished remember.

In one video I watched the dev said was ~medium settings, and tbh it still looked amazing to me. I'll be happy if its smooth and looks like that. I've been reading the Game Of Thrones books and its got me in the mood to get lost in some epic fantasy gaming

The recommended spec you have posted will be playing the game at 1080p on medium settings, no need to guess.

Its worth playing through Witcher 2 if you have time @Wucked , some of the decisions carry over into 3 and the graphics are comparable so should be an OK test for how it should run, although 3 will be a bit more demanding of course.
It can usually be picked up pretty cheap if you shop around for it.

Just seen the trailers for this via Facebook advertising it. Have to say it looks amazing I've never played a Witcher game before but the detail that has gone into the world in this one makes me think that's going to change!

Loved the first 2 games and there's no doubt in my mind that I will enjoy this one.

this game looks thoroughly impressive, if anything is worth NOT pirating this game is it to support very good devs that and GTA 5.
Colour me impressed but it'll be a while before I'll probably be able to afford it and get it on steam or something (assume it'll be there).
