Things seen in passing that have left an impression?

A girl I was chatting with who was lying back and wearing a bikini had her minge out by accident for the entire conversation. Such a lasting impression that I still occasionally 'think' about it now some ten years on.

haha, nice.

I have a similar story actually. I was round a friends house (a girl) and staying the night when i was younger (like ~13). I had always had a thing for her but nothing was ever going to happen, we were only friends. Anyway, we were both sleeping in her lounge, sleepover style on sofas/air bed. I woke up early in the morning before she was awake and as i looked over i noticed one of her boobs had fallen completely out of her top.

I spent the whole morning staring longingly at it. Ahh the memories :p

I hadn't seen that before - truly bizarre sequence of events.

Looking into it, there's been no news since that documentary in 2010. Sabina was due for release in 2011 - is she free?

It all happened within a short distance of my house and she came to the A&E where I work.
The house where she killed was 50 yards from the old OCUK and the bridge she jumped off was 100 yards away at the end of my road.

I got cut off whilst cycling one evening - plowed straight into the side of this womans car - I believe I left an impression - about a 95kg of man flesh impression in her passenger side door...

Had a few close call when i was in The army.
Done two tours of Iraq - Op telic 7(royal scots) 2006 and 10 (2 royal welsh)2007

op telic 7 was nothing but 10 was pretty hairy.

The driver for our Warrior armored vehicle was killed from a sniper round to the face during a night op in Basra op telic 10 august 2007.We were outer cordon for our sister company who were doing a strike op.
Hot night, driver happened to have his hatch up a little as being right next to the engine it gets very hot so nobody could blame him.Our platoon commander had warned him to keep it shut a week or so before.
Got word to move off after being static for 10 mins or so.Driver never responded on the net and us dismounts were told to go see what was wrong (we all thought he had dozed off)Seen that he was dead and got on the net.Spent the next few minutes trying to get his body out but being a big 18 stone lad it was pretty hard. His boots were also stuck under the pedals in the driver hatch.Had to get reme to drag warrior back to Basrah palace as we never got him out as we were under heavy small arms fire.
Vehicle started burning as his feet were under brakes, had to stop to put out fire this time when we dismounted we didn't have rounds pinging off the warrior.

We got back and us private soldiers got told to get cleaned up as few of us were covered in blood.I believe our snco's had to break his legs with a sledgehammer.

We got told our warrior would be steam cleaned but it was not so we had to clean it up the best we could with water etc.For the rest of the tour (2/3 months) we had to put up with the smell of stale blood. We spend days cleaning it out but never could get rid of the smell.

Were you in 2rw or just attached?

A few mates and I were lounging around at a coffee shop, when a young gentleman runs down the stairs and goes outside. Looked outside the window and he went to help an old lady cross the street. Such a sweet gesture :p

Wsa once walking up from UMIST in Manchester towards Picaddily, going past the Law Courts. In a world of my own until a woman says "Any business, love?" I politely declined by then looked up and in an instant realised that the woman I'd previously half noticed walking towards me in a smart suit jacket and skirt was the same one propositioning me...and that she'd undone her jacket and didn't have a stitch on under it. This was literally at the bottom of the steps to the court. It had me giggling for ages at the shear front (excuse the pun) of the women. She'd obviously just been inside going through the legal process and then was outside plying her trade within seconds. Humorous in one way, desperately sad in another.

I remember i was quite young don't recall my exact age between 5-10 and this guy in the supermarket slipped and cracked his head open lots of blood a image that's stuck with me, i never knew if he was dead or just knocked out.

Violence blood and gore is everywhere but when you actually see something like that in person it sticks with you for me at least.

I say someone on a moped go over the bonnet of a Ford Escort van without a helmet and he hit the road head first. His head exploded like an egg. Probably the most horrific thing I've seen to date.

I've always worn a helmet when cycling since.

I remember sitting at my desk in primary school seeing a lad projectile vomit. Still remember the splat it made when it hit the floor.

Urgh!!!

I currently work at a school in Yamoto, Miyagi Prefecture, Japan. In order to get there I have to go through a lot of the tsunami hit areas by bus, because the train line was washed away. Despite numerous pictures in the media of the clear up, the area which I travel through is still very badly damaged with houses and debris scattered everywhere. Makes me think and become awfully sad every time I go there.

Street view gives you a pretty good idea of the devastation in this area :(
