I dont drink because it makes me cheerful and witty. Not good.

Stopped all caffeine yesterday to help health recovery, vs 6 coffees a day. 2 episodes of dull headaches lasting about an hour total. Awoke refreshed for a change.
 
You know what, im going to go to bed at a reasonable time for the first time in weeks... Night all.

12:11am isnt a reasonable time for most :D

Side note: I'm watching a documentary on YouTube about Stalin's private life before i get into bed and binge some Anime before I sleep. Thank god for 3 days weekends :)

I usually either go to bed at 3 or 4AM, or not at all then have a nap then following day.

Without coming across as nasty surely not having a decent sleep pattern would be having a big impact on your mental health and your mood?!

I'm not great at going to bed at the same time each night though I try to. My lack of sleep really hit me over the weekend and I definitely couldn't go to bed at 3am or not at all lol
