Yeah, we're assuming so. They've already had five days of de-worming treatment, but she thinks they might have tapeworms so need a different treatment for them. There's no sign of lice, but my wife thought she had seen fleas (I haven't though?).

I'm feeling rather battered after training last night.
I did a 7 minute non-stop roll with a black belt, got subbed 3 times. That was hard work, but is an improvement on previous. Picked up a minor point on how I (failed to) stacked him and didn't retain dominance, so that's good.
Also was really nice to a n00b in sparring. I didn't try to batter him, but gave him space and time to apply technique. He was smiling afterwards and talking about how he'd been able to use a sweep I'd shown him, so that was great.

Physical challenge and it's more interesting than running or lifting weights. I'm lean as a whippet now, but slightly stronger than a whippet. WIN.
Also, it's fun having a scrap under controlled conditions!

I remember being cocky as a freshly trained third tab purple belt in kick boxing due to start switch to the seniors with brown belt kick boxing. Sparred the head instructor’s mrs (1st dan) and accidentally caught he bum with a kick as I was knackered.. let say i get my behind handed to me!
I stopped due to doing contracting and seniors spar on inter-club where you start seeing injuries.
The head instructor was a heavyweight tai kwan do instructor turned kick boxing turned boxing by night and unix admin during the day.
Maybe egg yolk powder mixed with stuff but I'd be worried it might dehydrate them.
Hopefully they get better
Upgraded from a 1TB to a 4TB OS/game drive, and also jumped to Win11. That feel when you install like 10 hefty games, and it's barely 20% full
On the Win11 front though, I've literally scream ranted to myself about the asinine decisions software developers continue to make. It really, really annoys me when they remove good features, and MS are repeat culprits of this. Where are my start menu groupable shortcut tiles like Win10? What is this utterly pointless new right click menu (easily disabled, but still)? Why is my Windows user folder name truncated because I logged in with your stupid mandatory MS account requirement (didn't know about the workaround of using a burner email to create a local user till afterwards)?

Just got back to the hotel after being taken out for dinner with work in Madrid at a very small traditional but upmarket Spanish place.
I got there early and so ordered a glass of wine at the bar. Got given 2 whole prawns as a snack.
I hate eating food where you have to pick them apart and couldn’t quite work out whether I was meant to eat it all or pick it apart, although they did offer me a toothpick and napkin.
Ended up leaving it.
The local directors then offered to order food to share. Luckily it was all delicious and with great wine.
One gave me a it back which consisted of typical terrifying local driving.
Now in the hotel with a rum which is probably about 200ml.
Also found it amusing. I picked this hotel because it was near their office and had a gym because at the time of booking I convinced myself I’d get up early and go. The reality is I won’t and could’ve got something closer and cheaper!

I ordered a paella last month at a restaurant, the prawns came whole, with the poop shoot still there. It is much harder to remove that poop shoot on its back after it's cooked. So I ended up not eating the prawns.

I’d possibly eat the poop shoot but it’s just a mess to put prawns like that in a paella.
I got laughed at and called British!

It's it's digestive tract, and safe to eat, but I prefer not to eat it. You can take it out even without removing the shell.
