Lol just watched part of it today with that ex-disney lawyer. I think he out-lawyered AHs lawyers in his answers. You could tell AH's lawyers were getting really frustrated with his replies.
 
I have a feeling Amber will be utterly destroyed when she is on the stand later today.

I'm imagining a car crash but I'm sure she will put on a terrific performance.

Really, I just want to see how she copes with being challenged on all the lies she told.
 
I'm half expecting them to play it all down as part of her mental health issues and blame that, rather than her directly, poor AH, needs to go see a counsellor and none of it's her fault...

Whatever the outcome of the court case she's already admitted to hitting him. Witnesses have stated she threw things at him and punched him. There is evidence she caused his finger to be cut off. Unfortunately none of those things means he will win the case because he has to prove he wasn't an abuser too. But given the admission and evidence that she did abuse him I would expect Disney to drop her. But they probably won't. I see her Aquaman 2 screen time has allegedly been reduced to only 10 mins. But she should really be dropped on the basis of actual evidence, in the same way he was dropped only on he basis of her allegations.

But I do think this will significantly hurt her future career.

Calling it now, she's going to break down and shed tears in the box to try to gain sympathy. When she saw her creepy psycho face wasn't working she switched to "I'm about to burst into tears" face, the problem is she freezes to that expression for almost the entire day and looks ridiculous :cry:

Maybe they can offer her an emotional support alpaca if she breaks down.
 
The lawyer is laying down FACTS right now basically calling her out, reading out everything from the past few days exposing the lies. She's just staring at him with a "your dead" look.

What the judge has just said, JD has won? something about strike being declined They seemed pretty happy when she said it, JD and his Lawyer half hugged and smiled at each other.
