So apparently there is a 30+ minute secret recording from the Australia incident where Johnny had is finger severed. It's not admissible in court because its not just Johnny/Amber talking.

This was made back in 2020.

There is a shorter breakdown of the important dialog by someone recently where the audio was cleared up and in my opinion what is really significant isn't what AH/JD are saying, but what everyone is saying, and considering AH's testimony recently about the supposed abuse and physical assault she sustained at the time, not a single person mentioned it, all they were focussed on was Johnny's finger.

Wasn't aware of this, well...damm
Its a pitty they can't play it in court. So we have her admitting to hitting him and admitting to causing the finger injury when she is outright dening it underoath in court.

How retarded is that, just shows how moronic the legal system is, is it beyond their ability to edit out the voices that are not depp or heard? So she’s lying her ass off and getting away with it because this isn’t admissible due to a technicality.

For what it's worth Seroquel which is what the nurse wanted to give her, is an antipsychotic used to treat schizophrenia and bipolar disorder, which would also indicate she does indeed suffer from some mental health conditions which would completely debunk the testimony given by Dr Dawn Hughes.

Wow. Just looked it up and your right, although it can also be used for major depression too.

FWIW, I have been taking it for 4 years and am neither schizophrenic or bipolar, try not to be so quick to assume that because a drug is commonly used for something that it automatically implies anyone taking the drug must have that condition.

The only other condition its listed for is bipolar/depression, but I'm reading what the uses are according to the nhs where its listed at Quetiapine, so could well be used for the other conditions.

But as above that recording is supposodly inadmissible due to other voices on the recording. Which I find absolutely insane as it totally dumps on the crap she's been spouting in court so far.

The justice system does indeed seem to be bonkers with stuff like that, and if the jury do as they are told and stay totally away from social media and news, then they won't ever see clips like that :/

The pair of them are pathetic. Why is anyone seriously interested in this crap?

It has the potential to really big impact on a sociatal level to debunk the myth that only women are victims of domestic abuse and that maybe just maybe, not all women should be believed, their statements should be taken with a pinch of salt while investigations take place.

As is clear from the recordings she took herself, everything she said about the incident on the stand while under oath, is complete crap, she lied and continues to lie. If she lied about that, what else has she lied about.

Damn that's taking AH crazy and dialling up to 11. Surely if she impersonated a federal agent she should be behind bars regardless.
and let's not forget SWATting Manson, unlawfully using computer records and contact lists to try and recruit any other females who had been around him, setting up fake emails to frame him for child porn, naming one woman as a victim even after she specifically told them to FO and who remains a staunch Manson supporter, etc etc etc. And then there's evan using some of the same evidence to deny her husband visitation rights for his child, and schooling the child in what to say to make him part of the plot to try and support her claims. oh, and the mysterious vanishing of the phoenix act website - you know, one of the major points of the whole campaign, to help genuine victims? vanished off the face of the map, and the last tax records show that they declared raising $2600, and spend $2000 of it on "expenses".
if you want a proper look at the scope of this and the evidence of all the lies, contradictory statements, timeline retcons, abortion story retcons, and general BS, go look at @standbyyourmanson on instagram.

Not really, society is already well aware that Female to Male abuse happens. A quarter of all police domestic abuse reports are F2M and its estimated they make up a third of total incidents.

Society has had the problem previously that it didn't enable men to complain about it, macho culture, embarrassment etc but that has changed. As per my previous posts, I've been involved with a F2M abuse case and though the police were shocking, the court system wasn't fooled for 1 second and tore the female accuser to pieces.

But the fact is, male to female domestic violence is still far more prevalent.

Were all well aware that it happens both ways, but just looking at several media outlets with regards to the AH/JD case and they are all very heavily stacked in her favour, I also think society still has a problem with regards to domestic violence vs men, as you said the police were shocking. That needs to change as they are often the first port of call.

I'm aware of plenty of cases where abuse has happened vs a man and when the police turn up they are the ones who end up in the police car as the women bleets on about abuse when they caused it. It happened to me over a decade ago and the stress and anxiety caused by literally having to bare my entire life out to the police to prove my innocence because she outright lied was just ridiculous to say the least. That feeling like your a criminal when you have done nothing wrong, just because she said something without any evidence to back her up. All I can say is thank god I have good friends who have known me for decades.
