Yea I get that but the people who are saying that the jury have been rolling their eyes at AH are the audience and those are on the tv and as has been seen at the start of every day they are largely in the JD camp, when you see JD enter the courtroom they all start waving at him

There are more in the courtroom than that though, photographers, independent reporters etc, could well be something they have picked up on that's getting reported. Or it could be bs, no real way to tell.

Lawyers and YouTube broadcasters have been queuing outside of court since 1am to get a seat inside, people sat inside can see the jury and are reporting back, each jury member has a number, and information on what each jury member is actually doing is being fed to YouTube shows.
Yep. I still think Depp stands a chance of not winning, although after the latest round of evidence I am more hopefully he will win. But Heard is going to have an absolute fit if she loses, pointing out that it was because Depp was a powerful man, and this is what happens if a woman dares to speak out about what happened to her.
I wouldn't like to be near her if she does, particularly if there are any vodka bottles nearby.

There have been quite a few lawyers in court each day in the gallery that have been watching the jury the entire time reporting on their reactions. thats where these reports of the jury rolling their eye, seeming uninterested when AH is on the stand, checking out, sometimes maybe even falling asleep etc have been coming from.
You would think that a juror who is falling asleep would be removed. Now I am not saying that the claims that the jury are rolling their eyes at AH arent true, just that I am highly skeptical of those claims. I've long since stopped believing what I read in the media as fact.
Can they remove a juror for dozing off? Would that mean they have to replace everyone or just him? Would also probably delay things quite a bit
Yes, they also have backup jurors watching in a different room.
The main issue with if a verdict comes back will be the awarding of damages and then deciding what is proportionate.
I think the decision on G/NG will be quickly resolved.

It's rare for them to remove a juror, there are 9 currently present, only 7 are selected for deliberations. If one has been consistantly not paying attention or seemed to not care, chances are they won't be selected and get to go home.

considering that they are delivering their closing statements, I have no idea what AH is writing down on all these post it notes at the moment. Its too late now to argue anything which is being said so whats the point of scribbling all these notes at this time
I believe they get to respond to each others closing statements. Camille, my queen, is slaying at the moment though
Oh do they? I always assumed that the closing statement was a pre-written thing and you wouldnt change it or reply to what the other side has said. So does that mean that Camille will get the chance to respond to Elaines closing statement as well? Or does only the person speaking 2nd get to respond to the 1st sides closing statement?
