Evidence for AH is weak so they need to go after 1st amendment instead and appeal that way, right into the form and what you "should do", no story no picture beforehand nothing.

Irrespective of what the closing statements are for either side, it all boils down to one thing. Did AH lie, and as a completely impartial unbiased outsider looking at the evidence, I think you could almost certainly say she lied about some things. If she lied about somethings, could she have lied about all of it.

It's pretty obvious to everyone that she is a spoiled high maintenance girl who would want it her way all the time and would throw a strop if she didn't, add in the drink and drugs and what happens.
Yeah neither of them were getting what they were looking for from the relationship but didn't want to end it so ended up getting frustrated with each other.

Libel/Slander are one of the exceptions to the 1st amendment, though there will be a legal threshold for it to be met to apply.

preaching to the jury about freedom of speech etc isn't helping them. They also keep referencing the case here in the UK, pretty sure the judge said they can't imply guilt by referencing that case.

JD team should have ended their closing statement by saying "And can we just remind the jury..." and then have Dr Curry walk past the jury and tipping her glasses with her finger.
