A legally purchased gun gains consciousness, and legs, and kills one member of every household in America.I'm genuinely curious what is needed before America will look at guns themselves being in some way responsible for mass shootings.

Lol at blaming video games and internet forums/message boards.
Seriously, what is wrong with these people?
To be fair criticising places like 8chan is perfectly legit.

Its almost a joke how they deal with these things by trying to grasp at any straw that doesn't have a gun at the end of it.
Trump blames the internet and video games. Is he not aware that the same video games are available elsewhere in the world, in countries that don't have mass shootings?
He even got the name of the city wrong (said Toledo instead of Dayton).
A perfect display of how to read from a teleprompter, completely devoid of any emotion.

Agree,
If you want to point the finger at what leads to these types of events one can argue yes trump has said careless things someone in his position really should not.
But the real place this stuff really grows is message boards that serve as an echo chamber of hatred. Always starts off there and people become more and more radical. The same thing happens with Islam. People are pulled into these environments and become radicalised.
This forum needs to have a hard look at itself in terms of the behaviour and things that are allowed to be posted
I'm very sympathetic to Nazi's, racists and concentration camps having violence inflicted upon them.
He was a truly great man.
Restricting it like opening it up to mentally disturbed people? like Trump signed off on not too long ago?
Mhm, nice try.
Restricting it like opening it up to mentally disturbed people?
You are a clown
Ah yes, there are no finer nuances, we can only deal in absolutes.
Either ban all guns for everyone ever and never attempt to challenge Nazi's or everyone gets guns with no regulations or mental health provisions. They are the only two options.
Check out the brains on these guys.

FBI agents are reluctant to pursue white nationalist extremists because they don't want to target Trump's base, former counterterrorism official says
Ah the old former government official
Retired: 10/2011 as Assistant Special Agent In Charge
David has appeared as a subject matter expert on NBC, ABC, Fox, MSNBC, and Voice of America; written for Foreign Policy and Vice.com
He retired from the FBI in 2011.....
I'm sure he kept a few contacts but is he really likely be a reliable source avout the inner workings of tee FBI nearly 8 years after he weft it or might he just be drumming up business for his next TV appearance?
Yeah, Trump Jr was sharing articles about 'former [insert tech company here] employees' talking about how their former employer was trying to stop Trump winning the next election. They wheel them out for clicks and to keep the CTs going.Ah the old former government official brought in by what ever left wing media outlet to add legitimacy to what they've already told their viewers to think, brilliant. Then the click bait link get's spread around by willing NPCs, keeping the media businesses going for yet another year.
It's almost as if these media outlets need to make Trump be a bad guy so they have stories for morons to click on.
