Finished this last night, absolutely amazing game. I've moved onto the Uncharted Collection now and TR is putting it to shame so far (though I'm comparing a new game to an old one, so perhaps an unfair comparison).

Really looking forward to this on the PC, glad I've managed to hold off getting it on the console, 60FPS Ultra graphics with all the effects in 21:9 ultra wide 1440p will look bliss.

Make sure you play it in 5.1, it is as much if not MORE important than high res.

Will be using a soundcard along with the epic soundstage of sennheiser cans, better then 5.1. Is the ingame sound that good?

Yes, and headphones is not really what I meant by 5.1. (And it's not better, but that's a topic for another thread)

Maybe for the 360 version but I don't think it would be on the XBox One being a 50gb blu ray plus the ability to pull extra files off the server.
Completed it today, amazing game. Loved every second of it. I will go back at some point and mop up the rest of the easy achievements, got most of the goofy ones and just going for the combat ones next.
Then I'll decide if I want to do the other mode ones, will wait for the season pass to go on sale.

i know there is a lot of talk and some are facts about the resolution/fps the xbox one runs games at but this looks amazing.
i know the fanboys will say 'well just imagine how it will look on PC/PS4" etc but i was more than happy with it.
i enjoyed the story and the gameplay was excellent.

It is without doubt one of the dumbest exclusive deals to ever hit the console scene. But it is what it is and if you don't want to buy an X1 (like so many don't for just one game, me included) then its wait for it to hit a platform you have..
Its been discussed to death already, I see the Steam store page is now up. TBH by the time it hits PS4 and with the PS4 having a absolute stellar lineup for 2016 I don't think PS4 sales are going to improve the games overall sales IMO.
I doubt the third (TR reboot) game will have such a silly exclusive deal. Cause some will think the deal was good, fanboys etc, but IMO the deal was not good, and resulted in a lot of backlash and hatred - but its done now.
