Before you slate this answer as a dick move, he is being serious haha. It's so simple.
I currently have a Aus IP, look to be browsing from Aus, a little slow, but it took 5 minutes and cost me nothing but £1.28 or what ever it was. Not only do I get to unlock the game early, it's also fun making google bring back searches for different countries lol.
Most of them are global, they mainly get used for watching iPlayer when abroad and stuff (I use mine for watching the F1 on RTL when the BBC aren't showing it and diagnosing network issues for customers outside the UK).
I've seen VPNSecure do bits of promotion for big releases (Skyrim comes to mind).
I use another one called Witopia, had them for about a year or so.
Mines been saying approx an hour so expecting it to unlock soon - so it looks like a midnight release.
Good crossfire scaling on this. Both my GPU's are hitting around 70%-80% load. There's a benchmark. The hair judders a bit, probably crossfire related.
A pair of 7770 1GB @ 1080p do 6.4fps min, 40.8fps max, 25.4fps average on Ultimate settings. I'd suspect a 7850 would do a bit better due to memory. Lots of stuff to tweak.
I play at 720p native, this is what I get:
9.4fps min
62.3fps max
49.4fps avg

First few frames of the bench seem to be low then it runs fine - probably initial hair calculations i'm guessing.
