yea at the end of the day, if the show had remained as it was pre talk show style then it wouldnt have people like tom cruise or cameron diaz on - as they probably would never have heard of it.
but then, i believe that clarkson is in a bit of hot water re his burka comments! its on the front page of some tabloids this morning...

He was in a taxi and a woman in a burka tripped over to reveal nothing but a red G-string I think he said.What was the comment? I must have missed it if it was on the show.

7? Well that's a cross-section of the UK so I think we can expect some kind of Graham Norton filler rubbish this Sunday.
To be honest the worst thing about the story was that it wasn't all that funny.
