Anyone know what version of the Robocop theme they used yesterday from around 18.45mins, its a slow version of the main theme and isnt the main theme, but cant find it anywhere.

A few people have mentioned that they are "gutted" that they missed it, or similar.

I think I found it, its RoboCop - Track 09 - Betrayal
But the one in TG sounds more modern.

Because it's bbc it might be from the publisher silvascreen and performed by Prague philharmonic Orchestra. So it's a cover.
No you're right, it's Betrayal. The Dream follows briefly about two mins later.

If you think that plate was over looked after watching that episode you are crazy lol.
It's kept in shot when it has the most impact, just like other jokes they do. They didn't think it would cause the uproar it has so are denying all knowledge of it. You all know it!

It doesn't matter whether it was meant to be there or not, if these people were offended by it, by all means be offended, the problem is when people say "im so offended im going to break laws and hurt people"

Not sure what they expected to happen though? They were all alive during the Falklands (I wasn't) but it was a pretty grim affair by the looks, playing with fire as per usual.
Shock as the lead presenters car was in shot when he was presenting a car show... Doesn't look like they tried to recover the front plate when it fell off either.
It seems like it has been edited to be further from the line this time. It was like it had lost a bit of the top gear edge in the edit.
Presumably nothing, because they've all said time and time again that it wasn't intentional.

Yeah, well I don't believe a word they say. The whole "Mission" is to do with the 82 Falklands war and they just happen to have a number plate 82 FLK on the lead presenters car. Right....

I did back when it was posted. Wanted to know what all the fuss was about, someone knew what they were doing lol. It all got way too hot for them though! Time to lie to all, it was a fairly big issue back then and it's likely someone was thinking, hang on I could loose my job for this one.. It is the bbc after all.
