Treefrog Card signing / get well soon wishes

The plan at the minute would be to have an 'open' sigining in the Mids somewhere, and then just take the card along to Essex because there's a large attendance :)
 
Might be useful to have a card go round the country. It'll take longer so maybe we could have two cards?

One person signs it and passes it on. Just meet a random OcUKer and pass him the card, and then he passes it to the next dude.

Maybe I'm talking crap in my hungover state, but it sounds feasible.

Nah, I'm still drunk from the Ouzo and it sounds good to me - a sort of OcUK relay thing?
 
What we'll probably do is get the main card done ASAP - get as many people to sign it as possible. Then I'll take a card to the Essex meet that people can sign there too.

The scrapbook will be collated as soon as we have all the submissions. Either way he's going to get bombarded by cards and well wishers - it doesn't matter if they don't all come at once. :)
 
Depending on where/when the main card does the rounds I'll try to sign it. I definately won't be at the Essex meet though but I should be in the UK for most of the next 3 weeks or so.

Failing that I'll email something over to Will or the Octobot.

I can get hold of a card and pass it around us Southern jessies (myself, gem, Sam, Enfield, Siliconslave etc etc.

I'll try and sort a meet up next week, then post one up to Freefaller?
 
Just an idea, rather than a meet, why don't you all send your messages (postcard size max) to one person via snail mail. Then that person can compile an album with all the messages with a card and send it.

The deadline for messages could be Next Wednesday 28th. Then send it out at the end of next week, posting a pic here of the final.

I'd be happy to be that person and to give out a forwarding address to help but don't want to tread on anyones toes, particulary FF who started this thread. :)

Thats a good idea... should be on actual postcards as well! Then everyone has the same amount of space :)

I like the postcard idea via snail mail - possibly everyone getting a touristy postcard for their area so he can see that people all over the country are wishing him well :)

I'll be there then. Infact, if it's within 100 miles I'll try to get there. Only the best for our injured Treefrog.

Me likes. How do I acquire this mailing address? If I send it tonight, do you think it will make it by the 28th?
