Two Worlds 2!

TWEAKS

1)
For Blur Removal - Create a Parameters folder in the game directory , inside the Parameters folder create a text file and edit it with
Engine.hdr 0
rename the file to autoexecgame2.con
Save the file!

It will autoload that command :)

2)
For Texture Ground AF - Edit the autoexecgame2.con with Engine.ParalaxOnTerrain 0

However this will disable Paralax , and you won't have the 3D look of the ground textures :) but AF will be working

Where can I find a complete list of the commands which can be put in the autoexecgame2.con?
Being that my computer is not fast enough I want to disable everything that can be disabled, being that I don't care about graphics.

Oh dear !

Looks like the game could be UNFINISHED

The trailers and game previews all showed 100hrs or so with all the sub quests completed and the entire main island explorable. However many people are now finding out that the main island is empty and blocked off , even with all the sub quests game completable in 20hrs

And once again this is why you shouldn't preorder games.

what a sad day indeed. if they come clean and explain why it's missing i may end up getting this game for xmas as then at least i know when it'll get released. they definitely mislead people a lot with the map being so huge.

Shame as I looked on Youtube for this and it actually looks quite good. Seems a lot more fluid than Oblivion but as for whether it's as good gameplay wise???

Do you mean AF?

Yes, I found a way to manually allow AF. The pics have 16xAF applied.

Yep same

For Blur Removal -
Create a Parameters folder in the game directory , inside the Parameters folder create a text file and edit it with
Engine.hdr 0 rename the file to autoexecgame2.con Save the file!. Make sure it's autoexecgame2.con and not *.con.txt

For In game AF , make sure you have 16XAF via display control panel ( ati, nvidia ) then in game open up the console and type engine.ParalaxOnTerrain 0

For a HIGHER Fov ,
type in the console Engine.FOV 85

Copying from other thread

In the official forums there is major concern that the product is a scam.

The whole big center main Island is mostly empty and inaccessible.

Tried to contact the developer, but got a returned email recipient error.

SCREEN_0001.jpg

how do you know that you arent meant to go there yet?

I smell DLC.

Bit odd for DLC to be added to the map before it's accesible though.

This is very strage, I smell either: DLC Syndrome/Unfinished Content/Wrong release of game sent for gold mastering (:o).

That said, if all the reviews had access to it, and were based off it, plus the content was promised, the devs REALLY need to get it out there quick, that's a MASSIVE faux pas!

Question : How many hours can we count on, while playing the game?
Answer : Finally I can answer that question, which has been asked in so many interviews. Our fastest testers needed about 24-27 hours just to beat the main quest and that does NOT include sub-quests and world exploration. After 2 months of testing, there was no one who completed all quests and visited every location. At the moment our best tester has 112 hours of gameplay and about 70% of world map explored. And that is only for singleplayer, let's not forget that the game also offers complex multiplayer mode.
LIES

Map completely explored , nowhere else to go... The game will teleport you away if you go off track. Surrounded by cliffs and rock faces

What the developers showed us

lush green areas , lots to explore over 100hrs of playtime with all subquests

How can the game be 20 hours when I am only half way through the first chapter out of four and have already played 10 hours?

And from a review
"Over 300 quests and 70 hours of game time you cannot go wrong: "Two Worlds II" will play into your heart and your world. With a mega-scale of features and looks, attention to detail, their peers, the game can captivate any adventurous effort.

The game is divided into five single-player chapters, plus prologue and epilogue. Already in Chapter 1, you get the feeling that this adventure could last forever. There are so many places to explore, to collect plants and to do tasks that you could probably spend weeks. No end in sight.

Because as i said once you get to the main island it's pretty much empty! , those reviews are only based on the first island and from the developers. You think i'm making this up? , you only have to see the many increasing complaints from people who have completed it

I have clocked 10 hours and am not even halfway through Chapter 1.

I can't say for certain that it isn't possible to speedrun through in 20 hours if you explore nothing, do no sidequests and only do main story line quests.

OK then, 20 hour game.....but who the **** buys an open-world exploration-RPG to just speedrun through without exploring and questing?

Hey, stop the bull...its not about how long it takes to finish the game its about a big piece of content is missing and not told about. I can stand still for 10 hours in game if i want that!

You start to sound more like a game employee trying to hide this ****.

i have to admit that i don't understand the problems by looking at the images of the maps as they all look the same to me and i'm struggling to see what's missing???

however i do get the issue and i'm also struggling to see why people on this forum who haven't completed the game are still saying the game is longer to those who have completed it fully.

Well dependant on how bad it is, half the map in the post above is missing, ingame its only the top half, so thats a lot of content missing, and also if I understand correctly, the entire top island is meant to be explorable, but most of it is empty and walled off.

In other words, of the explorable are and content shown, only a percentage of it is open/accessible, and people who've cheated say the other areas are currently empty.
AKA a lot of the game/area is MIA.

Guys, look at this post and reply from one of the Polish devs.

The big Island is ONLY for MULTIPLAYER. Holy cow...FU Devs - major scam!!!

:eek::eek: That's just s*** , not once was that mentioned before it went retail. Only since people complained as it come out

Read this

This user also states that beta-testers mailny tests multiplayer ond first area (savannah) of singleplayer only to know mechanic of the game.

Exactly the same as the reviewers and previewers , they did not know about this
