Type R and VTEC owners

Whichever looks best and drives best, I didn't pay attention to the prices but if they're the same then ultimately the best car should win.

I think I'd be inclined to sway a little towards the lower milage one despite it being a year older, as everyone likes lower milages when you come to sell lets not lie :)

Cheers guys. :)

The car was supplied by JM Imports. You're looking at £8k for a pre-facelift, facelifts tend to come in around the £12-14k mark IIRC.

There are some tidy examples already for sale in the UK, but it seemed no more expensive to get a fresh import really. I wanted one that was tidy underneath too and this one looks like it's never seen a drop of rain. :)

The EK9 is a credit to the owner - condition is easily as good as mine. Amazing for its age.

JM is well known on the supra forum, has an excellent Rep for importing cars.
He owns a 1000bhp+ GTR, i think its the fastest in the UK

Yeah it's in Scotland. What's your source on them not knowing it was a JDM import? The guy selling it definitely knows.

Guy in scotland hasn't had it long. It was down at SM Specialist cars in bedford before, guy from scotland said they didn't know it was a proper JDM import. Not sure how them lads could miss it considering they do deal with lots of jap/exotic stuff.

I'm surprised it's still for sale.

That right?

What's the best system for a pre facelift fn2 ( though annoyingly a 2009 registered car) to give me a USB input and or Bluetooth streaming?

Looks like Denison and connects 2 are the main options

My advice would be to get a double din instead. Yes it's a bit more expensive but it'll be a lot better than the stock headunit. :)

Considering that but not really keen on the way it makes the centre console look, plus I quite like having the display up at eye level.

The cost isn't really an issue as i'd get most of it back at some point, same with the USB/Bluetooth interfaces. If there's a particularly good one that's more expensive I don't mind. They all look quite limited though

Couple of pictures now that i've got this back, car was clean yesterday....today....not so much! Not the best as I just took them on the drive, but i'm sure everyone knows what an Fn2 looks like. It's Deep bronze pearl which you can't really tell from these pics.

2009 GT on a 58 plate with 72k, one owner before me and full Honda history. So far all i've done with it is buy a dog guard and liner for the boot, replaced the tatty, 2p leather honda original gaiter with a new perforated one, put on a "mugen" Carbon effect gearknob (couldn't resist just a little bit of tat) and stuck some new mats in it.

2 Sport contact 5's sitting in my hallway just now, need to pick up another two this week and ger rid of the completely useless, budget crap that are on it now, also need to peel the daft arnold clark sticker off the rear window and go over a couple of areas with the da to remove some light marks. Also half considering putting some parking sensors on for when the boss drives it, might just force her to learn to park though!

It'll need its 75k service soon so Honda will be bending me over for £500 in a couple of months.

Other than that I'm just enjoying having the thing back, sans-dents

Oh and it goes to Honda on Wednesday for the roof to be done. Half the bloody thing will have been re painted since I got it.

Nope, a basic little shed. Car looks better than I anticpated now though, I had visions of having to send it back numerous times for it to be right, but i'm pretty pleased with the job.
