The floaty feeling could be because it needs a proper geo set up doing. The bolts have probably rusted though, which is why it hasn't been done.
 
Well Done and gone. After 17 years and 6 Hondas Dream is gone. So moving to new project to keep me off depression.

Maybe Ill go back to Honda one day.... When they start selling some nice coupe. Cant see that happening tho Honda parted with My vision of Dream :(
 
Colour was selling point as i always liked 350s in this one :) Silver and gunmetal are everywhere at lest in Nottingham :P
Its full stock besides Cobra Sport catback. That wont be on for long..... too quiet for me :D Picked up K4 with decats for silly money. That should take it to around 99-100db like my DC2 was :) Its a safety thing when driving back from rave at 5am need something to keep me awake :)
Mishimoto intake on its way should have plenum spacer later.
Got some stuff to do on it here there..
New battery on its way. Gotta grab nanodrive oil + magnetic drain plug + kn filter + new spark plugs thats April job
Front brake discs will need changing next year. Will need to look in to brakepads Loved stoptech ones on ITR after going over few different ones and setting ebc on fire around donington :D
Headunit needs changing for something that plays mp3s from card. This BOSE system is good enough.
Suspension hmm could be stiffer but its not bad for stock.
Its on AVON bubbers. Once I finish em off need Pilot Sports
Get it undersealed this summer

After 200 miles on saturday I hate them leather seats even more hehe. Need 2 find some fabric ones somewhere. If cant get em ill grab fixed bucket ones. Need for 4 point harnes anyway.
Best bonus ?? MPG on motorway is beter than in my remaped ITR. No more sitting on 4800rpm on 5th gear so thats good :)

This will be another 5-7 years project by looks of it :P
 
I've been getting thoughts about an FK8 again. As much as I love my FD2, the chassis and high rev crazyness on track, I feel the urge for something far more refined on a daily journey with a bit of shove. I just fear I may find it boring on track as it's so capable.

As I said on FB, great choice mate.

350Z is a good car, they are now holding values quite well too, so quite a smart buy and in one of the best colours. Once you get used to good power and torque down low it is hard to go back to high revving stuff, just remember its RWD and these things are quite playful but the handling and chassis is balanced so you should be fine, just make sure its got good matching rubber all round. :)

I've driven one round Rockingham and on the road. Very capable car, nice place to be, fast but maybe a bit too easy on circuit.

To me it's like an Evo IX and FD2 mated.

Awesome!!!

We just got a sexy sunset one also. Picked up some rays with re50s on for £250 also, which should do for this summer before moving into PS4s

My FK8 with 5k miles is for sale at a couple of grand under retail from a friend/dealer who can do PCP lower than Honda... ;) :p
 
There's a nice clean black 350z FSH not to far away from me, these dropped in price compared to last time I looked. No wonder why so many people are drifting them.

Will you @Zeed be building yours for skids?

Hehe looking for rays at cheap when i can get em. Want ps4s dunno if i can afford them :/ tax and insurance costs me.more thanni.make a monts as it is on this toy. Well wont have any holidays for next 2-3 years thats for sure
