Suarez and fair play, I honestly didn't care about the whole handball at the world cup, its a reaction, he didn't have time to deliberate over what he did, thats life, 99% of other players would have done the same. The "cannibal of Ajax" situation is completely different, biting a player in the neck for no reason is just madness.
The Alonso sending off was better than the Ramos one, he did 6-7 false starts for his run up to the ball. it is overly pathetic level of cheating, and Alonso frankly hasn't been anywhere near good enough to warrant being a must have player on the pitch, Ramos, they don't have another right back so you can almost understand. But a stupid handball, or pulling someone back for a cynical stop would be just as easy and less ridiculously obvious.
There is a level of sportsmanship you should have to adhere to, think both should get a two game ban to send a message. Whats the point of yellow cards and bans for repeat offences if players can pick and choose how to serve the ban by doing it before a pointless game.
Anyway, Cesc out for 3 weeks or so it seems, yippee, the way the rest of the team is playing(did anyone even notice Nasri after he came on the pitch?) the next 3 weeks could kill our season. Who wants to bet that when he's "fit" again he'll be rushed straight back in, play 88minutes of the next 3-4 games and tweak his hamstring again.
This is like the 10th time Wenger has overplayed Cesc when he KNOWS he has a problem and its backfired, at what point do you decide risking it all for one not important game is not worth it. Champs league, league cup final, last game of the season where a win could get you the title, of course, stupid group game in the CL, not yet midway through the league, utterly ridiculous decision.
