UEFA Champions League 6/7 December *** Spoilers ***

I'm watching the Man Utd game as a fan, obviously, but if you're a neutral the City game may be more entertaining.

Who am I kidding, it will almost certainly be more entertaining, unless you want to watch Utd possibly get knocked out.

We could be on a historic double tonight with both the “Mans” going out. Wouldn’t that be something! There will be a lot of nail biting tonight.

Going to watch the city game for laughs though it could be quite easily turned around. I would like to see city get through as a english team but part of me thinks it a little unfair if they buy there way through the 1st season in the CL.

Going to miss the game tonight as I'm off to watch a TV recording, won't be able to check the score until I'm out so hopefully Utd pull through...

Won't be able to see the line up either as I'm off too early, nail biting indeed!

I would love this so very very much.

Not because of being a rival teams supporter, but just to see the English press implode.

It would be amazing. I think that Man City are out and if FC Basel get an early goal i think United are also going out but if United get the first goal they are going through.

If Rooney plays (Certainty?) I am watching the united game in HD goodness ;)

There were two of them and I was too busy having a good time to notice the time. :D

Did you use the tube in the end?

you were there as well?

yer we went to fulham broadway about 8 mins before the end
was proper rammed people where in the trains packed up like a can of sardines
I got home in around 1 hour wasn't too bad but it was cold

I prefer watching football games in the spring or autumn when it is warmer.

Im looking forward to seeing £180mill worth of players going up against £90mill worth of players in the City and Bayern match:p....not too fussed about Utd, i cant see them losing to Basel in all honesty but City losing to Bayern and getting knocked out is already giving me a raging hard on:p:D

I was there cheering them on with my hat and scarf to keep me warm. You get used to being a sardine after a while. :D

if utd fail tonight should fergie get the sack¿ we will have effectively been dumped out of 3 competitions in less than 3 :weeks if we do.

being the three im talking about. lingering on for another two legs in the cl might do enough to keep him hanging around but if we don't get through- regardless of freak ref decisions etc then for me he might have to go.

There will be weeks of post mortems and endless pages of drivel that's for sure. They’ll have a field day. :D

You really want him sacking?

Last night’s program cover looked good with Petr Cech wearing his super hero mask:

Yeah let's sack Fergie and allow you to takeover.

tactically inept. poor man management. woeful performances over a sustained period of time. inability to reinforce the midfield.

no you're right we should definitely keep him irrespective of results.

A yes would have done. :p

I have to say (and I know I'm in no position to question him) there are some very bizarre goings on when it comes to Man Utd at the moment.

Yeah let's sack Fergie and allow you to takeover.

Lets sell Rooney while we're at it and replace him with Andy Carroll and see if Alex Mcleish will do us a favour and sell us N'Zogbia who can do everything Cleverley can do and more
