Van Persie's always been a crock. Without wanting to fuel DM's fire, it does appear that Arsenal have gambled with Fabregas's fitness a few times over the last 2 years and it appears to have backfired.

RAGE!!!!

No, Fabregas runs more than anyone else on the team between his hamstring injury, and Wenger rarely subs him despite his injury problems. Nasri is fairly solid, Arshavin's solid but Cesc tends to stay on till the last minutes of every game, getting played against stoke days before the CC final.

Since he had essentially a small problem Arsenal have ignored it, same way they somewhat ignored Vermaelens injury, its quite depressing to see 3 months after Vermaelen was injured and 2.5months after they thought he would be back Wenger saying in a press conference "vermaelen is going to see the best achilles specialist so we should know whats wrong soon". WTF didn't they see this guy 3 months earlier, within a week or so of that(just after xmas) he had surgery to fix it and is supposedly training so well on the way back.

RVP actually had a long season then got injured with Holland, after playing 90mins in a game that was an obvious game to rest him in. Then after he got injured, we didn't send him to a doctor we heard what they thought was wrong, sent him to a what was it horse placenta treatment doctor, he then managed to make his injury several times worse and he missed a huge chunk of the season.

Mismanagement and lack of inteligence, would RVP have been out as long if we sent him directly to a specialist who didn't also specialise in horse placenta treatment? If we rested Cesc properly without rushing him back and ever 2nd/3rd game took him off with 30 minutes to go, or in games we're 3-0 up in with 30 mins to go, take him off.......... would he get injured as much, almost certainly not.

I mean ffs, Cesc stopped running in the 15th minute, he should have been off in the 16th minute latest, absolutely completely ridiculous.

Medical staff/advisors fired, take on a new policy of any half serious looking injury gets immediate attention from specialists, real specialists not some voodoo idiot who has since been run out of his country and is wanted for fraud iirc.

Anyway, for the umpteenth season in a row Wenger risks injured players, refuses to rest players before the biggest games, we go out of all the cups within a month and our season is over in Feb/March, same every year, he never, ever learns, at all. same mistake throughout the season and then when the big games come around they actually cost us hugely.

Wenger is currently in command of one of if not the best squad in the league, and consistantly underperforms. I think Fergie/Ancelloti/Mourinho hell, even Benitez would have won several trophies with this team in the past few years.

Why have Vela who is a fantastic finisher who never gets a game, while we overplay RVP who gets consistantly injured. ITs called rotation, play Vela, give RVP some early finishes, give Fabregas half a game off. Its just laughable.

We're getting gang raped. Hard to tell we're playing three defensive midfielders in Spearing, Lucas and Poulsen. They've all been useless and have done nothing to protect our defence or keep hold of the ball.

Lucas has been 'okay', other two have been awful.

Can't say I would be too bothered about losing 1-0 here, braga are usually strong at home and then often diabolical away. At Anfield I am fully confident we can score 3+ against them.

So, is that guy who scored the penalty Anderson's twin or something, or is that why we haven't seen Anderson in a few weeks, Fergie got angry with him, made him dye his hair and sign for another club under a new name?

Reckon Maxi or someone will come on soon, is it Spearing out on the right wing doing nothing? Could do with another striker too.

If he's fit enough I'd bring Carroll on as well as Maxi, taking Poulsen and Spearing off. Poulsen's a ****ing liability and Spearings just not good enough, let alone on the wing.
