I'm sick of hearing about this racist abuse, I know there are some muppets giving the lads some disgusting grief, there always will be whether its racial or like what Beckham got but I think 99.9% of the nation don't agree with it and it shouldn't be given the time of day.

Well done to Italy, by far the better team on the night. Southgate got it right to start with, lets be honest first half hour the Italians had no idea how to cope with England, unfortunately from then on in was more or less one way traffic. Mancini adapted, Southgate didn't react until it was too late. You can't let a side that has Veratti and Jorginho in midfield have nearly 70% of the possesion - at some point they will pick a pass.
I think England did okay in the tournament. I know everyone is bemoaning the tactics and the way we played, however I do think there are limitations in that England team. We don't have any world class defenders and I think his solution to that was playing 2 holding midfielders. The issue then comes that England can't then keep the ball well enough. Again, counter attacking with the players we have works well, but for some reason last night it just seemed at half time we decided to get 11 men behind the ball - you can't counter attack like that - and it just resulted in Italy recycling possession time and again.

That is the problem, there are a lot more people with racist views than your figure above.
Until that is addressed nothing is going to get fixed.
If I had to guess I would say the figure is nearer 20% which is quite a big minority.
Not all of the above would be vocal or post stuff on the internet but they are out there.

your clue is the 6th word you typed. He is stupid, his already existing stupidity was likely lubricated by a shed load of stella. His second account on twitter is basically a timeline of racist garbage. The safe money will be on his job suspension turning permanent.

Definitely! I feel sorry for the lad, he hadn't kicked a ball all tournament and then to come on and take such a penalty was crazy.

Possibly because he's drunk, possibly because he didn't - especially when this stuff is so easily faked and people instantly believe everything they see on the internet - see these two replies for example:

^^^ these two posters have just naively taken at face value that there is a second account. This is clearly false for anyone who has taken more than a brief glance, but this is what has driven some of this, racism is big business for news outlets, despite the UK being one of the least racist countries/cultures on the planet and far less racist these days than in previous decades its a big news story when it happens and with a population of millions, there will always be a small number of idiots out there to amplify. People can take advantage of this and make things go viral.
For example, this is the supposed second account, it has this tweet for example and some worse ones using the n-word and joking about domestic violence:

Note the display name and profile pic are rather different - this account seems to be some random Somali guy, blatantly not the estate agency employee's account, in fact, he's taken down all his social media. you could also see this just by scrolling a bit further down the timeline.
Now another one, also appears at face value to be some EDL type but on closer inspection of earlier tweets is another Somali guy LARPing as an England supporter:
Likewise re: the monkey comments etc.. as the England manager has pointed out, plenty of them have been tracked to overseas accounts.
Re: this Estate agency employee's actual account, perhaps it was him, or perhaps he left his phone unlocked in the bar/pub and some idiot mate did it... I think any claims of "I was hacked" are a bit too convenient when this stuff happens and easy to verify as false... quite possibly he is a racist and drunkenly posted something stupid or quite possibly (as it is so blatant and under his real name) some of his mates are racists or just all-around ****s - if the latter case then that's dumb of him not to have a password lock on his phone and he perhaps ought to be rapidly getting in touch with the bar/pub he was in if applicable and tracking down any CCTV that can back up his claim and/or get his idiot friend or friend of friend to come clean.
