Who the **** allowed that to happen. What a pair of clowns. No sympathy for them if that's true.
TBH when I heard the news I'd assumed they had gone for a knees up in London after the match; hanging out in the stadium after the match doesn't sound like crime the century but to be fair I'm not familiar with what the rules are on fraternising betweeen squads.
Anyone else feel that losing tonight is the better options.
Drawing is best option IMO, if we lose then could potentially finish 3rd which would mean playing either Belgium, Netherlands or the Group E winner (potentially Spain). 2nd place plays 2nd place in Group E, worst case scenario that would be Spain. I'd prefer to avoid Belgium in the 2nd round, and Netherlands have won every match and scored more goals than every team in the competition.

I want them to win tonight, and actually put in a good performance where they show some actual passion for playing for their country. One thing that annoyed me was Hoddle saying that Kane will perform in an important match, all games in your national shirt should be important, so don't give me that rubbish! Personally I think he's suffering fatigue or the transfer saga has got to him.

I don't care if we get knocked out in the round of 16, as long as they actually look like they're trying.

We shouldn't just write ourselves off against a big team, we have the quality to go up against them and there's no shame in going out against a team like France/Germany, Portugal have quite a menacing attack, but I reckon we'll get the better of them.

Mason and Chilwell have to isolate until June 28th. Find it hard to believe that Gilmour spent no close contact in that team with his Scotland team mates, all seems like a farce.

If you want to be the best you got to beat the best. It is simply bottle job culture to want an "easy" route.

Yeah, i've never understood why people want to win silverware regardless of how they do it. Some people wouldn't care if they didn't play a decent team on their way to a trophy. I want to watch good football between the best teams. I don't want to sneak through the competition and then hope to win a single game against someone good. Where is the fun. If we only cared about results you wouldn't watch the game.

Find it more disappointing that Mount and Chilwell would break the rules in place to protect the team from an outbreak, big let down and the pair should be kicked out the squad for the rest of the tournament.

On the plus side though I hope Grealish gets 90 mins now although knowing Southgate he will probably put Rashford in midfield.

In domestic football its small club mentality and simply clouds people judgements when they eventually get knocked out in the semis. Take the last world cup as an example

It is a shame as up until 2010 world cup we would pretty much expect to give anyone a game. It has been a slow erosion of pride and prowess that has basically turned the English game into Tottenham Hotspur. I guess it is of no surprise when the best of the national game is in the Northwest and most of London football culture is bottle job.

You really are a ball of bitter bile.

Wasn't it the two Manchester clubs that bottled finals this year? Isn't it City that bottle the CL year after year in the same way United used to, despite having the best team in the world/League year after year? London is no more bottle Culture than the NorthWest. It's just this stupid bandwagon that people have jumped on anytime someone doesn't win something. Which is nothing like Spurs coming third in a two horse race.

Cup games always have an element of luck to them. Henceforth the discussion we are talking about which route to go to the final. It shouldn't be like that.

Leagues will always determine who is the best in a country even though Chelsea won the champions league. Manchester City are still the best team.

In my opinion both the Euro's and World Cup are very dated in their structure. There should be a league and then at the end of it a head to head of the best teams in the world playing each other replacing what we have now with the finals.

No one wants a Euros or world cup that lasts 9 months, just pointless.

It's tough being a Man Utd and England fan these days.

For the manager, apparently all you need to do is remove the toxicity and keep the ship afloat and you're golden. Don't need to win anything or know how to break down teams that sit back, just hope for individual brilliance to keep fans dangling.

Would any England fans take Solskjaer for manager?

So stupid putting the games on at the same time one should've been 5 and 8pm KO.

It's not stupid though? Some days there is 2 groups, today is not one of those days.

Reports are that Grealish, Saka & Walker have made the starting lineup. If Maguire doesn't play at all today I really don't want to see him starting in a knockout, there's no way he'll be ready, maybe as a late sub but if he starts RO16 I'll be livid.
