I used to be a match day steward at filbert street and the walkers bowl for several seasons, so I’ve got some first hand experience of crowd control at football matches.

Yes but club football is far more civilized than international. Especially Leicester City. My father only took me once to old Wembley and said never again. Yet took me plenty of times to WHL as a kid and was completely different. After seeing what happened to London in the summer we were no different.
