UEFA World Cup Qualifiers & International Friendlies **spoilers** [1st - 8th Sept 2021]

I like him. I’m surprised he wasn’t getting the transfer chat like Haaland and co were tbh.

Hes only just turned 18 and hasn't made any noises about his ambitions to move. I think he realises Dortmund is the best place for him at the moment. Haaland on the other hand has that massive **** Raiola as his agent and will move every few years I imagine.

I know it’s only Andorra but Bellingham impresses me every time he plays. The real deal.
Yeah I think Bellingham should be a regular starter alongside either Rice or Phillips as he offers much more creativity going forward while also doing a solid job breaking up play.

So the Premier League clubs expressed concerns over players going to red list countries to play qualifiers but FIFA make them send players anyway and then Brazilian authorities interrupt the game forcing an abandonment due to quarantine rules, surely FIFA knew this was going to happen but forced the players to travel anyway, the words **** up and brewery spring to mind

It’s difficult because Grealish, Saka and Bellingham have all got the quality to be starters, but there’s only so many spots. Then you have Sancho as well. But he has been disappointing in an England shirt so far.

You think that Bellingham should play CM then?

Yeah, I think he could be England's N'golo Kante. Having both Rice and Philips on at the same time provides decent defensive cover but against the better teams like Italy then England struggle to keep position and build from the back as neither are comfortable on the ball.

Wut. Kante is terrible at everything other than defensive duties. Rice and Phillips are a lot more comfortable on the ball and both Leeds/West Ham play out from the back so need offer that composure. I think until there is a new manager comes in then those two won't be shifted. Italy dominated due to a stupid formation that Southgate wouldn't alter, especially when it was clear 3 cms were overrunning 2, and 5 at the back was just inviting pressure.

Players who were in the UK in the past ten days were supposed to quarantine for 14 days on arrival, which obviously can’t and isn’t going to happen. However, what they did say on their forms was that they WEREN’T in the UK in the past ten days, despite all playing or being on the bench last weekend for their respective clubs.
