Why did none of these guys get any magazines with their AK74's, was the a shortage on or something? :P

They were told to remove them (shows a non aggressive stance)

This is why one source identifies them as regular Russian troops and not Militia, as no Militia in the world would wander around with unloaded weapons.
Only well disciplined Russian troops would do such a thing.

Maybe stop accusing people of being fanboys because they have different view on the subject? You just thrown 3 logical fallacy: Strawman - you changed the subject onto being Putin "fanboi", ad hominem - you imply that his views should be dismissed because he supposedly fanboi, and finally black and white fallacy, you seem to imply that if one does not agree with western approch then you automatically become "Putin fanboi".

You keep pushing "it's invasion it's invasion" you put up a picture of helicopters over somewhere but no sources to confirm whether they are indeed russian and they are indeed crossing borders, you say 800 Russian troops just landed in Crimea yet you again provided absolutely no sources yet when other people do that you dismiss them because they did not provide sources and when I did provide sources you simply ignored it.

Fact of the matter is, right now, there's a lot of chaos, nobody really knows what is happening, facts are that pro-russian militia did secure government targets, the referendum called for by the Crimea was called before the militia secured the government building.

Those are facts, everything else from any side is a speculation.

Do you actually watch or read the news? The original report on the "up to 800 troops" arriving was from the BBC News at Six. Channel 4 news has just confirmed the arrival of 700 troops.

Pro-Russian militia is not a fact - they look an awful lot like elite troops to me being commanded in a very effective and rehearsed way, not a militia reacting to the events of the last few days. Why would a militia remove all their insignia?

You can deny it all you want, but this is an invasion of the Crimea. You and your fellow Putin fanbois were wrong when you were insistent that Putin was the good guy in all of this, and the more you deny it the more you make yourselves look foolish.

Whoever said Putin is a good guy, I'd bet a tenner everybody here dislikes him.
So you keep using logical fallacies? This, along with your inability to comprehend why cyclists should not be allowed on a motorway, I'd say that anything you say is completely irrelevant.

Fact is there is no invasion thus far, as I mentioned what is happening is in full accordance with the foundation Russian-Ukrainian agreement on the Black Sea Fleet.

So I have hard cold facts on my side, you have your unsubstantiated ramblings on yours. ;)

I'm not fully read up on the Ukraine affair, but if the Ukrainian president was voted in democratically, why are the U.S and all siding with the revolt to oust him?

Democracy is more than just winning an election. Yanukovych may have "won" (albeit with widespread allegations of voter fraud) the election but then behaved with incredible brutality towards all dissenters, not least his election rivals. He's mismanaged the Ukrainian economy to the brink of bankruptcy. We in the West should always respect the will of the people, and the Ukrainian people stood up and died to oust a corrupt, brutal dictator. I respect that and so should you.

I notice you didn't answer the question about whether you watch/read the news at all? I suggest you're arguing from a position of ignorance.

Since you're obviously such an expert on bi-lateral agreements in the Black Sea theatre, the Russian-Ukranian agreement on the Black Sea fleet allows Russian troops to seize the main civilian airport does it?

I noticed you never answer my questions and you never provide sources and as I explained, given your other views Id' say you're fairly disjointed from reality. Keep on rambling :D

Actually I think you'll find I did provide my sources, they just weren't links because it's kinda hard to link to a TV programme.

The odd thing is, wasn't Crimea a gift from Russia to Ukraine in 1954.

It's also bizarre that the first thing the government in Ukraine do is to start banging on about the Russian language. Sure ensure that Ukrainian is the official language of government, but give it joint status in Crimea.

Seems to me that the region should be run a special administrative zone or similar.
