I assume you already know it but they don't have to have a nuclear warhead - conventional explosive multi warhead variants can deliver a payload with something like 150x the explosive power of the atomic bombs used against Japan.
2000 Kt conventional warhead on an ICBM - impressive.
BBC said:Closer to the city of Donetsk itself on Wednesday, Ukrainian security forces said a column of 100 vehicles had been seen travelling in a southerly direction from Starobesheve to Telmanove.
These vehicles, which included tanks, armoured troop carriers, Grad multiple and rocket launchers systems, were marked only with "white circles or triangles", the Anti-Terrorist Operation press centre said.
An unnamed Ukrainian defence source told AFP news agency that the vehicles had to be Russian.
I really wish the government would speak up on this issue a bit more, Russia is invading Ukraine yet western leaders remain quiet.
So Ukrainian troops crossing into Russia is ok but not the other way around ok....
Ukranian troops crossing the border to escape encirclement and handing themselves into border guards is quite different to being caught 20km's deep into another country after "accidentally" crossing the border.
Sounds like it's about to kick off.

I guess so... tho most russian troops in ukraine/independent states are volunteers
Russian reporters have been reporting that there's been a huge increase in numbers of Russian soldiers killed and seriously injured in "training accidents". At least the Ukrainians are giving a good account of themselves. Will be interesting to see what the west does now that it's undeniable that Russia is carrying out an invasion.
