Quoted because although this thread doesn't need any more wasted "me too" posts, it does need a show of hands to suppress the insidious creep towards painting the Ukrainians as somehow as bad as the Russians, given half an excuse. The Kremlin would be rubbing their hands to see how well their tactics are going! Commit countless atrocities and enrage Ukrainians knowing that Ukraine is full of journalists to document any Ukrainian mistakes. Meanwhile, in the Russian sectors we know... well, pretty much only what they and their puppets tell us.
There will undoubtedly be horrific incidents on the Ukrainian side. But until they start crossing the border to rape, loot and set fire to people in cellars, I'm going to give them the benefit of a doubt the size of Putin's gall.

Yup exactly. I've seen the alleged Georgian Ukrainian unit apparently executing prisoners and some videos of apparent looters being tied to lamp posts in Ukrainian cities but it doesn't come close to the rapes, torture and execution of civilians or the indiscriminate bombing of civilian areas and facilities such as the theatre, the maternity hospital etc..
I was wondering how the hell Mariupol is still holding out after all this time. Apparently the city isn't quite as sealed off as were lead to believe and there are civilian runners somehow smuggling supplies into the city keeping the Azov battalion and UAF troops supplied with ammunition, weapons and drones. Here is video from the head of the fund trying to keep the fight going in the city
They don't want to be bombing Russian cities, that makes them no better than the Russians.
They need the long range wepons to bomb military targets within Russia though but thats valid targets, cities mean civilians, two wrongs don't make a right.

For the sake of having two sides of a story, I saw a video of someone driving though Bucha filming the well known scene of the "dead" bodies lying on the street, somebody pointed out that you can just make out in the cars wing mirror one of the bodies they just past lifting their arms up. Now maybe they just didn't go round checking all these bodies to see if they were still alive, but it did add to the claim that it's a staged scene.

According to posts on Twitter they were supposed to be keeping it quiet so the runners didn't get targetted - some aren't very happy that it has been mentioned.
There was a short video 3-4 days back showing what one of the runners was facing trying to get powerbanks and ammo in.

Ok is that a loose quote? All the barbarism, rapes, tortures, a government who denies everything without even looking at potential evidence- a genocide from Russia.
And then some soldiers from Ukraine have taken out their reprisals on Russian soldiers from just two video clips is not even in same ballpark as Russia . Yes it is awful but those individuals will get their justice.
No it's a very simple word "WAR" its about as low as humanity can go and depending on your culture, anything goes and to hell with everyone else as long as you get victory quickly with little losses for your own people.
The attrotoices we are seeing are from a failed state that is losing and it needs to punished for decades. When this is over it's going to be a very different Europe again.
