Russia/China/Brazil/India make up the BRICs nations which like people have said is officially a trade partnership similar to the EU, however unofficially it is also a military alliance similar to NATO, this is why Russia/India/China are stepping up military cooperation (Russia and India are jointly developing a new 5th gen fighter jet).
Russia don't want to deal with china - they buy minimum amounts of military kit then copy it and produce hundreds....
but the almighty dollar is used for buying the kit so they need the money
The Chinese have been designing their own military equipment for a couple of decades now and it's pretty good. And they have a whole load of it.
The F35 JSF is trash? Wait... What? Lol!
Most of the Chinese kit is reverse engineered from Russian or western though. Often a combo of both. Just look at their new fighter
Seems smart to me. All the latest designs/technologies without any of those troublesome licensing deals.
Well, the carrier variant got scrapped, so it kinda is...

Chinese counterfeiting has come on a long way these days...

A bomb has killed at least two people, including a police officer, and injured at least 10 more people at a rally in Ukraine's second city Kharkiv.
Basically some Russian sympathiser (or "rebel") bombed a pro-gov rally. Utter scum.
More likely to be a false flag from the junta itself, to allow it to 'cleanse' Kharkiv, or an attack by the Azov Nazis along similar lines.
Highly likely that the CIA or other Western agencies were involved somewhere along the line as well.
