Absolutely mental if this is actually from one of the halls adjacent to a reactor:
**** like that is probably why they won't let the IAEA visit.

They are not stupid in this regard, they claim they are happy to let inspectors visit but only if the inspectors come through the Russian side to get there - this is so they know exactly when inspectors will arrive and they can remove anything they don't want them to see but if the inspectors come from the other side they can arrive at any random time and see the Russian stuff there. Because of this Ukraine won't agree to forcing inspectors to transit from Russian territory and so inspectors will not go because if there is no ceasefire for them

The situation at the power plant has me concerned at the moment.

Nuclear plant should not be used as a military base.

No no, they are absolutely safe and fine, they're the future of mankind's energy needs, we need one in every city, nothing to concern yourself with at all, they are just jossin' with you. I mean seeking a fearsome military advantage like this just isn't cricket old bean....

That nuclear plant is only 1500 miles from the UK, I thought it was much further away than that.
Not looking good for most of the EU and the UK if that does go by being hit.
It's also <200 miles from Russia and <100 Miles from Crimea, which goes to show you what kind of brainlords are running Russia's campaign >.>

Am i right to think that the US's HAARP array could lift the atmosphere over Russia driving any fallout from the nuclear plant towards Russia should anything funky happen there?

No

The HAARP system can effect the Ionosphere, but its a very localised system and thats located in alaska... even if it was located near Ukraine, its designed to effect the Ionosphere, not the troposphere where the majority of "weather" occurs.

Some people seem to be genuinely getting worried about the fearmongering some of the media are doing about what might happen with Russia and the nuclear plant at Zaporizhzhia, don't worry, it's straight up impossible for a disaster anywhere near the scale of Chernobyl to occur there. Russia could literally carpet bomb the plant and the absolute worst result would be something comparable to Fukushima, and they are not going to carpet bomb a nuclear complex less than 100 miles from what they claim to be the Russian border.

Didn't think a lot of things would happen, they did anyway.

It's very concerning to me, no one should be playing around with nuclear plants, no matter how safe they are assumed to be. It's idiotic and dangerous. Plant should have zero military anywhere near it, both sides should leave it well alone.
