Indeed, I believe there has been enough time for ample brain drain. Anyone sensible would have fled Russia by now. Close it but still allow genuine cases of asylum.

Not gonna post link cause it's gory as hell, but a few hours ago, a Russian convoy got between HIMARS and a bridge over that river and now the bridge is covered in holes, burnt out vehicles and human body parts

as cool as it sounds, it's a business and they're likely just saying this because it's the best decision to make more money. If you're a arms manufacturer who can sell your product around the world who you gonna choose the west or Russia, who's gonna pay you more

Turkey has apparently picked a side. They have seen how this conflict has played out so far. makes sense to be on the right side of history. Its interests and subsidiaries will follow suit. Though I do wonder if popular thought has forces the issue in this instance.
