It’d be seen as an escalation but honestly, given how inaccurate Russian shelling has been the US could plonk one on their embassy roof, operated by US personnel and legitimately claim it’s there to protect the consulate staff.
Ukraine can then move more of their stuff out of the city to better protect infrastructure.

Dunno the origin of the scan but it certainly doesn't match the truck in the video - the side bars aren't present (which would be) as well as the positioning of the rear equipment storage never mind the number of wheels (including spare) being different :s

I think we (the West) should cease worrying about what Russia might see as being an 'escalation', it seems they're free to escalate the situation in any way they please with missiles into civilian areas. Stop drip-feeding air support into Ukraine it was pretty obvious it would be needed at the outset.

Russia aren't even in a state of sending troops and vehicles more than 100m down the road, what makes you think they'd be up for taking on the entire world?
