Interesting article...unsure how true it all is but certainly seems v v possible. Fighting fit men are either leaving Russia or being called up leaving gaps in businesses.

Everything grinding to a halt.

Apparently they mobilised a bunch of people from the company which develops and maintains their ICBMs, people have been mobilised from their other missile production facilities as well - some of which were being told on the one hand by the government to recruit more people to increase output while on the other hand the government was mobilising people from the company LOL.
 
Dunno whether the intention is to try and distract Ukraine or they are planning another go from the north but Belarus seems to be emptying out their military stores - some of it going to their forces, some being shipped to Russia, still train loads of Russian soldiers arriving all the time apparently - doesn't look good.

Not sure if lagged information from earlier or new activity but more stuff about the Mig-31s - sightings still saying they are unarmed at the moment though.

Several suicide drones sent at Kyiv this morning (probably Iranian) - seems at least on was intercepted, at least 2 hit targets.

EDIT: Footage of one being shot at with small arms - not clear if it was destroyed before it got to the target or not.

EDIT2: At least one of them seems to have intentionally been aimed to try and get mass civilian casualties.

Their aim with these attacks on Kyiv appears to be to terrorise the population, especially under this new general, but that they are all aimed at civilians is propaganda - 90% of the missile and drone attacks on Kyiv have been targetted at power infrastructure, bridges, railway depots, etc.

At least one of the drones this morning was clearly aimed at where commuters were concentrated with no targets valid in a military sense in the proximity, a seemingly follow up attack at the same spot seems to have been timed in the hope of getting first responders - a common terrorist tactic. (Fortunately at least from preliminary reports they didn't manage to pull it off).

It’s embarrassing. They can’t hit any military hardware, so they waste it on a few civilian buildings. It just deepens Ukrainian and the Wests resolve. Russia will lose, it’s just a matter of time. In the meantime we need to fill these cities with air defence.

But the power, bridges and railway has all been civilian infrustructure so they are directly aiming all of this at the people. None of these drones are hitting the actual Ukrainian Army from what I can see.

You are right this is a common terrorist tactic straight from the Nazi playbook
