Well I'm still alive and it's pretty clear a lot of what's on Twitter is a load of rubbish. I'm literally 10mins walk from an airbase in Belarus that according to Twitter has been taken over by russians and Iranians to pilot drones in Ukraine. In reality there is absolutely nothing happening here. It's very quiet and I've not seen a hint of any military equipment or people around here!

Pics of hovis in Belarus for proof or gtfo

Has there been any recent update on how the Ukraine offensive has been progressing? I've heard little for a few weeks. Maybe I've been looking in the wrong places.
It seems like progress has stalled at Kherson. Wonder if the conscripts are making a difference in keeping Ukraine's army busy.

Various reports stating that Russia is trying to pull out of Kherson, so not sure stalled is the right term.

Hard work though no doubt, can't be easy going.

Ukraine has an information black out in effect on Kherson so we won't be hearing much of what they're up to at the moment.

Kherson is mostly just about cutting off logistics, no real need to advance though Ukraine is clearly prepared to when Russia can't sustain part of the front.

They probably aren't going to be advertising the fact if Iranians are operating drones from them.

I've been keeping a bit of an eye on the satellite imagery of some of the Belarus bases and not a lot has changed, aside from some of the parked up Ural type trucks disappearing, but compared to Russia they seem to garage up a lot more stuff and maintain the perimeter and facilities, etc. so don't need to suddenly make a lot of changes when it comes to having to actively use them - so it is harder to tell.

Will wipe Russia off the big stage with ease.

Another plane crashes hows that maintenance going.

WOW there a few video's of the plane going down in the replies

Here a screen pic i taken from one video (no idea if this video of it is true or false)

There’s a media blackout in the south for ukraine, but from Russia’s side it sounds like they’re just buying time for Kherson. After that the south is looking mighty vulnerable.

Yes but they wont get them. Hopefully they can manufacture the long range misses they have in progress to do it. They have one in the making but not sure how long it will take.

By the time they’d have them they’ll be in range of everything they need to hit anyway.

I was thinking the same thing. One plane could be an accident but two in a week! They either sent their mechanics into Ukraine, have really bad luck or someone is causing this to happen. Although I just checked and they're at opposite ends of the country so it could just be bad luck!
It could very well be the planes are in as bad a state as the rest of their equipment was.

Its all very well have hundreds of planes but maintenance needs to be done to keep them air worthy,

Funny how Russia's aggression will end up losing them territory and lead to their neighbour being highly militarised and very unfriendly plus driving the remaining Scandinavian states to NATO.

So Russia are going to nuke their own territory ?
Wouldn't put it past them to use a small device or something that claim was actually a dude that failed to go off properly, maybe even something they managed to stop completely. They then use that as an excuse to use low yield devices in areas of their choosing and then enter from the North.

Not that I like thinking about nasty little scenarios or anything but my mind wanders to places when I'm not paying attention.

But nothing to stop them hitting further into Russia, catch supplies further inside,

It’s bad. Basically they’re warning the UK that our involvement is seen as direct in terms of escalation.

I guess it won’t be long until Russia look at doing what they can about our support for Ukraine. Nuclear, biological and cyber attacks that would render us into an essentially apocalyptic state. Buckle up guys, the end is nigh.

My advice if you believe what I just said is get a grip, go outside and stop reading the internet.

Make no mistake Putin has no compunction about destroying populations to get what he wants - but he is unlikely to do anything which would directly bring a threat to himself.
