Just Security put out some great content. Interesting read and confirms the West must stand strong and not cave to Putin's threats and be ready if he does do something stupid to end his military forces in Ukraine and be sure he is fully aware they will do just that.

It hopefully ties up Belarus. Belarus goes into Ukraine, Poland goes into Belarus and changes the regime.

Hitting power plants in Crimea may serve to encourage civilians to leave, but I doubt it would change the military situation much, and Ukraine will have to put it all back together when they retake it.

I think it would create more work for them than its worth.

I was thinking the same thing. One plane could be an accident but two in a week! They either sent their mechanics into Ukraine, have really bad luck or someone is causing this to happen. Although I just checked and they're at opposite ends of the country so it could just be bad luck!

Not necessarily, could have multiple operators in multiple places.

If they want to cut the occupied territory in two, say, to Melitopol from Zaphoriza, then with ATACMS they could disrupt sea supply from Mariupol/Berdyansk and exercise some control over road supply from Crimea or Mariupol/Donetsk/Rostov.
