If I were Zelensky I’d now make NATO membership a non-negotiable part of any negotiated deal. Especially if it’s negotiating with Punin.

Well they can not rely on future pack.So NATO is the next best thing. It is Putin's own mess, and forced NATO membership.
I would accept them in.

Actually the Russians claim to have destroyed 10 HIMARS but each video they posted was fake
 
Not sure if it's been mentioned here yet but Poland is going to modify Ukranian SU24m jets to be able to fire the French Storm Shadow cruise missile - each missile has payload equal to 6 HIMARS rockets and a range of 250km, it's a multi stage missile designed to penetrate concrete before detonating making it perfect for bridges, train stations, enemy bases and depots

I do wonder what it requires to retrofit modern NATO arms to Soviet era equipment. Must be pretty extensive refit of systems and mounting hardware.
They did a good job getting the AGM-88 HARM to work. I eagerly await to see how effective they can be with the Stormshadow/SCALP.

I believe the pylon mounts are relatively easy. Getting the missile to integrate electronically with the existing control systems is much harder. I think they used ipads in the cockpit to enable and control HARM missiles.
